The lady I talked to on the phone reassured me that my request for a Wheelchair Accessible vehicle would be easily met and that I shouldn't worry and to enjoy the last day of my vacation. The company is reputable and did not try to charge me for any extra "mess" even when someone spilled a bit of beer. However after driving around for 15 minutes, none of us were able to figure out how to get out phones connected. The driver eventually pulled off and helped us get the radio going. We were brought a different driver for the second half of our trip who was able to have us play pur own music. An unfortunate incident but I would still give them 5 stars!
