Whoever drives taxi #3 is a complete idiot and should not be able to tote people around. This is the second run in I've had with this moron on the road. The first time was on rt. 5 in Boyd co when he almost ran me into oncoming traffic because I wanted to pass him in front of the old golf course because he was going about 30 mph.. he veered over into the passing lane and wouldn't let me around him until I maneuvered around and made it. Tonight, I pull out with PLENTY of room between us on Diedrich Blvd, and he flys up on my ass to the point of not being able to see his headlights he was so close and when I brake checked him, he passed me in the median!! service clerk told me it would be 45 minutes before my ride got here. over two hours later I'm still waiting . no calls,texts , nothing. when asked what the eta was I was left on read. I've used them about 4 times because I just moved here. Everytime I do they always smell nasty. Cigarettes and nasty. I hate getting out going in to work smelling like that. Please keep them cleaned out and it may be a better experience for the customers. read more

my client had ran out of cigarettes, she had called for a taxi to take her 2.7 miles to the closest superquik and back so 5.4 miles all together..as soon as she got into his car he told her to pay him before he could pull away she asked him how they knew how much she owed him for the ride she hadn't even gone on yet..he told her that it was 15 miles there and back and over charged her..she didn't get the drivers name but i'm truly so upset about this..it's sad how people will take advantage of everyone. read more

Someone needs to start another cab company and put them out of business. The company is unreliable and can't be trusted to get you anywhere on time, even if you risk losing your job. They don't care. At the very least, the entire crew needs to be fired and replaced with a reliable team, but I doubt it will do any good if the owner doesn't start holding people accountable. The only reason this company is still in business is because there isn't another one in the city. read more

originally called to have them pick somebody up at 7 o'clock then called them back that they wouldn't be needed till later cause they're usually late anyways dispatcher was rude to me and I told him they were needed later. She said Jesus Christ and cursed at me and then hung up on me. read more
