Pharmacy review:…read more What a horrid attitude the pharmacy tech with black hair and glasses displayed today! Nasty, snippy, practically threw my prescription at me when I questioned the amount charged. And the pharmacist was standing right there! I never said an ill word toward this young woman - I was simply dismayed at the cost of the drug and commented, "Well, that figures!" in response. Instead of using good customer service skills and commiserating, she took my comment personally, and with barely contained rage violently packaged the pills, shoved them at me, and acted like she had just been called a blood-sucking harpie! A person who behaves like this has NO BUSINESS serving customers. Smith's obviously doesn't read these reviews or care - look at the number of 1 and 2- star reviews and negative testimonials. Shame on this employee, shame on her supervisor for allowing her to act like a childish ninny and shame on Smiths for failing to respond to the overwhelmingly negative feedback...I will NEVER use this pharmacy again!
