The pharmacist, Elliott Tso, discriminated against me for being disabled and needing my federally certified service dog. He made a big scene, refusing to bring me into the vaccination room, threatening to call his manager and stating that the room was too clean for us to enter. He then said that my friend would have to hold my dog. My service dogs tag clearly states that we are never to be separated, even on an ambulance. When I finally was able to enter the room he was very rude and abrupt with me and practically stabbed me with the shot, then refused to sign my vaccination card and stormed out. He's very lucky that I don't report him to the ADA for discrimination. read more
