What mass of senior citizens are racing to get to 7-11 at 11pm so they can shop with no one in the store? Yea, not a one. Your employee was busy cleaning. Which is fine. 'Shut' the store down for what needs to be done is all fine by me, but change the hours of senior citizens/high risk ppl to shop during a time they're actually out and about. Not 11pm. Also you're losing money because everyone that's under 65 years old... actually probably under 40 years old is coming in to buy a late night something, and even tho NOT A SINGLE SOUL is present or in the area, you make your employees turn down people at 11:40pm at night. Learn how to run a business properly. It's a 7-11 connivence store in the middle of Falcon, not that freakin' hard or special.

I am writing to formally express my concern and disappointment regarding a recent experience at one…read moreof your 7-Eleven locations. My mother-in-law, who has been associated with this store, was accused of stealing despite there being no clear evidence presented to support such a serious allegation. Making accusations of this nature without proof is not only unfair but extremely damaging to a person's reputation and well-being. I expect this situation to be reviewed thoroughly and handled with professionalism and respect. Additionally, I am deeply concerned about the store's food handling practices under the current ownership. Employees were reportedly instructed by the owner to write off food every two hours, even though the items are being sold for up to four hours. As a customer, this raises serious quality and safety concerns because the food ends up looking crusty, old, and unappealing. This does not reflect the standards I have always associated with 7-Eleven. Since the new owners took over, the overall environment and professionalism of the store appear to have gone downhill. I have always enjoyed and supported 7-Eleven, but the current attitude and management practices are discouraging me from returning. I am requesting that corporate leadership look into this situation, address the accusations made without evidence, and ensure that food safety and employee treatment meet proper standards. I would appreciate a follow-up regarding what actions will be taken to resolve these concerns. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.

What really stood out was that when I asked about an oil change and other preventative measures, they told me that since Land Rover is such a specific type of vehicle, that I may be better suited to find a Land Rover specialty shop. Who does that?? A standup, top notch honest and family owned shop. Groffs, you earned our trust and business! Thank you!
