'Shut' the store down for what needs to be done is all fine by me, but change the hours of senior citizens/high risk ppl to shop during a time they're actually out and about. Not 11pm. Also you're losing money because everyone that's under 65 years old... actually probably under 40 years old is coming in to buy a late night something, and even tho NOT A SINGLE SOUL is present or in the area, you make your employees turn down people at 11:40pm at night. We also just purchased a Land Rover and took it there for a bumper to bumper inspection which they did as well as replacing rear breaks. What really stood out was that when I asked about an oil change and other preventative measures, they told me that since Land Rover is such a specific type of vehicle, that I may be better suited to find a Land Rover specialty shop.
