After my truck broke down I had it towed to a local Mechanic shop. The local mechanics found out there was unleaded fuel in my truck. The repairs cost me $5038. They asked me if I had a receipt of my last fuel up. I informed them "of course I do" because I always get an electronic copy. So I checked my email and sure enough...no receipt. (I mention this because I always fill up there because they usually have one of the lowest prices for diesel). So I went to the actual Shell station itself to retrieve the receipt. They informed me their systems were wiped of data on the 25th of Sep and forward. I was able to get a camera recording of me filling up my truck with the GREEN nozzle (diesel). So I called Shell and I sent them the copy of the receipts of every time I filled up there (which was almost every other day). They said they would do an investigation. After a month of not hearing from them. They informed me there was no mal treatment on their end. I will never go back to a Shell gas station and as a military member in the USAF I've let all my family and friends to never go there.

I am writing to formally express my concern and disappointment regarding a recent experience at one…read moreof your 7-Eleven locations. My mother-in-law, who has been associated with this store, was accused of stealing despite there being no clear evidence presented to support such a serious allegation. Making accusations of this nature without proof is not only unfair but extremely damaging to a person's reputation and well-being. I expect this situation to be reviewed thoroughly and handled with professionalism and respect. Additionally, I am deeply concerned about the store's food handling practices under the current ownership. Employees were reportedly instructed by the owner to write off food every two hours, even though the items are being sold for up to four hours. As a customer, this raises serious quality and safety concerns because the food ends up looking crusty, old, and unappealing. This does not reflect the standards I have always associated with 7-Eleven. Since the new owners took over, the overall environment and professionalism of the store appear to have gone downhill. I have always enjoyed and supported 7-Eleven, but the current attitude and management practices are discouraging me from returning. I am requesting that corporate leadership look into this situation, address the accusations made without evidence, and ensure that food safety and employee treatment meet proper standards. I would appreciate a follow-up regarding what actions will be taken to resolve these concerns. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.
