I asked her a question, and she answered, but didn't offer any further assistance and continued to stare. I ended up purchasing over $200 of merchandise (scrubs, compression stockings, and shoes). Today I returned and wasn't greeted by either of the two older female associates- one (grey hair in ponytail) turned around and looked at me then turned back to the customer she was helping. The other one came to the register area and stared me down while I looked through the compression hose. The final straw for me was when another customer entered and was pleasantly greeted by the staring associate. I will take my business elsewhere. TL;DR: the scrubs selection is okay but the customer service, at least for me, was poor.

We thought something was wrong with it. On my next visit to Charlottesville I brought the chair back to the store on my way out of town but they had just closed about 10 minutes earlier. I waved my arms and got Stephanie's attention. She came, opened the door, and heard the issue despite the fact that she was due elsewhere. It turned out that the problem was easy to solve--we probably could have done it ourselves. But I was blown away that she opened the door and helped me when she was under zero obligation to do so.
