Not when I had questions about a $1000 increase in my home owners insurance. Not when I tried to ask questions about water damage coverage. Not even when I called AND emailed about adding additional umbrella coverage. You would think they would be willing to respond if I was going to give them more business! It has taken days and days of calling and emailing and texting before FINALLY getting a hold of someone to cancel my policy. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
