But no, my insurance is dropped so I had to hurriedly purchase another car insurance and fast. I had once before had changed to Allstate and I had no problem changing to them. My other insurance alerted me and I paid them. It was easy but not with Allstate. They just dropped me. So, this company sent a charge that was incorrect and it is sent to my credit report. I am shocked because I was not alerted. Anyway, this a Muslim run company and they have little concerns for their customers. People told me not to use Allstate Insurance but I did not listen. Now they tried to mess my credit up. Please do not use this insurance company plus do your research. Thank you! I was really thinking I had a good fit with this insurance with this agent The agent after I became a member if Allstate I could never get to ask additional questions. First off they did not send my insurance card. I had to call to request it and twice they had to be reminded to send it. The agents name was Michael Maghammi. We had a long conversation before I agreed to use this company. I was weary of Allstate because of their history as a company not paying claims and customers I knew complained about them. But I felt things were okay. I had been paying my bill. But in August of 2022. I planning to go out of town and I found out that this company had dropped me and I had no car insurance and here I was planning to leave town the next day. I am not sure how this happened because I had this company all year. So, I had to act fast and contact another car insurance. Since Allstate had canceled me with out warning I had to see if any car insurance would take me. I had a perfect driving record, no bad ticket problem and I had to find out about my insurance being dropped and not contacted. What car insurance would do that to a customer. Now this same company Allstate had not reached to me but they filed a credit collection on me. Surely they should have remember I changed to them smoothly and paid any funds request. So, Allstate should been the same. Now I know it is Listen it is true about Allstate. They have been around a while and this should Allstate company apparently has a true reputation and they do not respect their customers. Don't use them..
