I bought a perfume after testing the in-store tester, but the scent of the sealed bottle seemed noticeably different once I got home. I returned to the store the very next day hoping to exchange or return it, but because the bottle had been opened, I was told they could not accept it. I understand that stores have return policies, but for expensive fragrances this policy makes purchasing feel risky--especially when the scent doesn't match the tester as expected. Based on my experience, I would recommend buying luxury fragrances from a retailer with a more flexible fragrance return policy if that's important to you. The store is great for many products, but I'd think twice before purchasing an expensive perfume here.

The cashier, Kimberley (transaction CC105329, 10:20:29 AM), attended me with open hostility -- no greeting, no eye contact, and concluded the interaction by physically throwing my receipt at me in a deliberate and contemptuous manner. This is not a misunderstanding or a bad day. This is a pattern of behavior I have witnessed from this employee before. A customer should never leave your store feeling disrespected and humiliated. I am formally requesting that this matter be documented, investigated, and that appropriate corrective action be taken. I have the original receipt as evidence and am prepared to escalate this complaint to London Drugs corporate and the Better Business Bureau if this is not addressed. I expect a written response confirming this has been received and acted upon.
