In April of 2023, I brought my car in for a new windshield. After drop off they started pulling off the glass only to then realize they did not have the replacement in shop. Was told the truck never showed up. Drove that cracked windshield on a previously scheduled trip to DC. It was less than optimal. Upon return, the window was installed and they took some money off for the trouble. The windshield cracked again and the shop I used this time informed me the wrong windshield was installed. I am glad I went to a different shop this time that is properly run and using the right materials. read more

3 return trips to the shop and they're still unable to repair the rain sensor on my car. I ended up watching YouTube videos and fixed it myself. Next time I have a glass repair need, I will certainly avoid Safelite in WRJ. read more

Waited at home for 4 hours. Technician never showed. Finally spoke to a human and not a bot, and they couldn't locate the technician. I decided to use the local glass specialist. Should've done that in the beginning. I will never use Safelite AutoGlass. read more

I showed up at my appointment and they don't have the glass. They take no responsibility for this. "Oh, there was a problem. Oh, we don't make the glass." Yeah, but you do pick your suppliers! Really lame. The good news is that there are plenty of auto glass shops in the area. read more

My windshield was broken by a golf ball and repair was covered by my insurance. I was pleased with the speed of getting an appointment. The replacement was supposed to take 2-3 hours, but I needed to work during that time. The waiting room was comfortable enough and the wifi was good. The replacement was completed in 90 minutes, and I stayed a bit longer to finish the work I was doing. The people were pleasant and friendly. I would definitely recommend this business and will return if needed in the future. read more

Loved that I could make an appointment and get a pice estimate before I went. Arrived early, and they were able to start the work right away. They got it done on time and almost half of what the internet quote was. They even vacuumed out my car and cleaned the outside windows. Very friendly, great customer service. read more

Excellent mix of personal service and technology. Made the appointment online to have my cracked windshield replaced. The online form asked for insurance information to pursue payment. Received text messages and emails confirming my appointment both the day before and morning of. When dropping off the car, the office manager said that they didn't have confirmation from the insurance company yet. I phoned them, and they verified Safelite had submitted the request and that they just needed to verify with me. That aspect was put to bet. I got a text message when the car went into the bay for repair and another when it was done and how I could pick it up. The windshield was perfect, even transfering the inspection sticker and oil change status over. Follow up text messages and emails about satisfaction with the service. Very good. read more

My windshield breakage started with a crack, so I was able to lay a tarp down before it shattered. By the time the Safelite team had arrived, I had vacuumed up all the broken glass in the trunk for their safety. To clear the glass from the frame, they shook the door as hard as possible, which scattered glass all over my driveway and vehicle. After they left I had to spend over an hour sweeping the glass out of the driveway and cleaning it from my seats, for the safety of the kids and dogs. They left more glass around than there was when they arrived, and didn't let me know at all. I realized when I got in my car and there were glass chips in my cup holder. This is my first time having a full windshield repaired, but this didn't seem typical. Beyond that, three workers arrived and not one of them was wearing a mask, even when they came to my door for payment. I am high-risk and have no guarantees that they were COVID-free. They were on-time and very professional, but the service was not worth the hour spent cleaning up the glass and the risk of COVID. I'd rather take it to a local shop. read more

I had my windshield replaced on October 24th, the @$$hat who did the work broke my phone holder and left in on the seat. I went inside and said "Ah ya broke my phone holder" and the @$$hat acted all dumb, maybe it wasn't an act. But he was like oh is it broke? So I called Safelite and they said we will send you a check to cover the cost $25.00 to replace. Two weeks goes by no check. I call again I get another lady she says I'm going to send you an extra $30.00 for your trouble, I'm like cool, thanks. Two weeks later still nothing I call back. They try to tell me they can't send to a General Delivery, Town, State, Zip address I tell them all my mail goes there with no problem, But I give them a friends address and this guy says I'm gonna give you $60.00 and you'll have it in three days, that was December 14 and still nothing as of January 3rd. The confirmation email I received after scheduling my appointment as well as the phone call & text message the morning of my appointment were very helpful. Steve came to my home to replace my broken windshield. He not only got my windshield replaced quickly & efficiently, he was also very friendly. Mike was amazing and I was so impressed with the service! My driver's window was stuck and would not go up and I went in there before I went to the dealer just to see if they could fix it. They actually took the door apart and figured out the problem, which turned out to be an issue with the window mechanism so they were unable to repair it as they did not have the parts, BUT they got the window up and taped it so it would stay up, wrote out a complete review of what the problem was for me to show the dealer and did not change me a thing! Seriously, these guys are great and they will certainly get all my window business in the future. read more

Scheduled on a Monday for windshield repair on a Saturday. Live in upstate NY but in Lebanon NH area on weekends. Repair set up at local hotel I am staying at. Verified 2 times on phone Friday AM with local shop they will text or call me with 10 minutes out (expected at 9AM with Friday coordination) got a call at 8:50AM to tell me that the windshield did not come in and I would have to reschedule. Really! Stay away from a shop that 5 days out cannot repair a windshield and that lies to you. 0 stars is not available, so to post this review I had to give 1. read more
