Well once they were contacted by the company that ensures my windshield they gave me a call and explained the process. Super laid back and easy to work with. Had me come in for a picture of the damage. Then once the windshield was in they called me back and scheduled an appointment to get it installed. Took it to them and they even drove me back to work. Plus dropped my car back off to me later that day at work. Lovely little office inside and great people working here. Highly recommended.

This place was an absolute lifesaver for me!…read more Lee was the one I spoke to on the phone when trying to find a rear quarter window for my vehicle and he was able to find me one within an hour at a cost that was FOUR TIMES LESS than other places I had called around to. Not only was Platte River Glass extremely affordable, they were VERY efficient and had my window put in within an hour. Shelby(I think was her name) at the front desk was extremely kind and helpful as well. I cannot recommend this place enough. Everyone was friendly and efficient. I'd put fingernail polish on the chip because I was afraid it would crack further ... they very kindly told me not to do that again as it can make repair more difficult. A piece of transparent tape is enough to keep dirt out until a repair can be made. The nice lady at the desk walked me through the claim on my insurance company's app. Easy peasy!

Hate to write a bad review but I asked for owner to call me, which is who repaired my auto chip…read moreoriginally and I never heard from him. Had chip repaired a few years ago, within a short time frame (a few weeks) I felt it was still spreading, so I had taken the car back, he looked at it and told me it was fine. He further told me if it ever did spread, he would put price I paid toward a new windshield. I called a month ago, someone else answered, didn't get his name. I explained the situation and asked if I could bring it by for them to look at, he basically said no and since it had been a few years then I was just SOL, further that I shouldn't expect a chip repair to last very long and there was no guarantee to begin with. I asked if he could have owner call me, he said he would, but I never heard from him. So bottom line don't expect the repair to last and don't expect them to honor what they say.
