The front desk girl strolled in at 8:25 when I came inside she was rude as hell to me when I checked in for my appointment. When I was on a personal phone call the rude as hell front desk girl thought it was appropriate to comment on my phone call. "OH MY FUCKING GOD ITS ONLY A COUPLE OF HOURS" I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. The service is terrible and the front desk girl is RUDE AS FUCK. As of now I'm still sitting here waiting. As I am sitting in the waiting room the front desk girl tells the workers O she left. I am literally sitting in front of her desk but I'm not here. The. She has the audacity to say she never gave me the keys. I tried and was ignored. If I could give negative stars I would. You're receptionist is the face of your company. When she treats customers like pond scum it looks bad on everyone and everything. As I sit here waiting I have heard her be extremely rude to several other customers who came in. I have seen several people leave because of it. I literally just her heard tell a customer who asked for a quote on Windows for her home "go somewhere else." I have now been sitting here waiting 5 hours. The front desk girl is only "polite" when the boss is within ear shot, I have heard her ask several customers "What do you want?"like a pissed off teenager instead of hello or how can I help. She is the first person you speak to walking in the door and that's how she's treating people. I can see my windshield is done and my vehicle is parked out front but the front desk girl can't be bothered to stop her personal conversation on her phone to do her job. I totally want to sit here and listen to you talk politics and religion with your friend. Please don't let paying customers at your job interrupt your personal life. Also be warned if you call or receive a call from this office she has you on speaker phone and everyone including the customers are hearing both sides of the conversation. So after 6 hours a rude as hell receptionist and more parts of my truck broken than when I drove in. I am finally done. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. So it cost me thousands of dollars for a rebuild kit to just rebuild my original motor... THEY DID THE SAME THING TO THAT BLOCK!!!... so I had to pick one of the blocks up MYSELF and bring it to another shop to have it fixed Which cost another $2000 that they refused to compensate me for.. and then they said they would give me a good deal putting that one In cuz all their mistakes and then I went to pick up my car and they tried charging me almost double what they had said they would do it for.. so an engine replacement that should have been quick and cost 3k tops ended up costing me 2000 for replacement engine 3000 for them to brake it... then another 2400 for rebuild kit and then another 1900 to have that block fixed and after all that they told me I owed 3500 for them to put that one in!!!! So it would have ended up costing me almost $13000 for new motor to be put in.. and then they are trying to sue me an take me to collections cuz I refuse to pay the last 2000.. cuz in reality THEY OWE ME $4000 IN THEIR FU$& UPS.. n I am trying to replace my radiator right now and ALL MY HOSES ARE STUCK ON WITH ADHESIVE... FRICKN IDIOTS.... don't take your car there.. I'm thinking about taking legal action cuz they never gave me back my other engine even tho they destroyed it .. it's still mine.. rip off

The place was pretty easy to find, but definitely a place that Must stay open by word of mouth since it's not a place you would probably ever drive by. It's run out of, what appears to be, someone's garage, behind their house. The sign was small, but I knew what I was looking for so I spotted it fairly easily. My four door car cost $180 plus tax to tint all four windows plus the back window. When I picked up my car (after only 2 1/2 hours!! Really fast) there were instructions not to roll down the windows for three days, not to use any glass cleaner with ammonia, and that there may be bubbles and streaks in the tint for up to a week, which is normal. The only bubbles/streaks in the windows were on the driver side back window and were dried up by the next day. Overall, I'm very very happy with it!! It looks amazing and I would definitely recommend Exotic Designs to anyone looking to tint their windows!
