My fluffy dog is like a member of the family so leaving him here would be like locking my cousin in a cage. That being said, the staff were very good at calming my aunt down in her rather fragile state. The week was long not only for her, but Dougal the little yorkshire terrier too. He was ecstatic to see us again when we picked him up, although a bit thin but thats just a side affect of a broken heart from the little dude who refuses to eat until he has his mum back. Aww. The kennels are pretty basic, but word of mouth I have heard has recommended their services.

They have strangled my dog with choke chains so hard that she cant bark properly and subjected her to so much physical torment that she could barely get up off the floor.

Leading up to the day we needed her to take out the pup, we set up a meet and greet so Fiona knew where to go, address any questions or concerns and also get familiar with the dog. On the day, I got videos and messages from Fiona saying how much fun the pup had in the park with the pooches. Her rates are competitive and totally reasonable. While she doesn't normally service the Strathbungo/Queens Park area, if you are in the Hamilton area Fiona is brilliant. The pup and I are forever grateful to her, when others have proved to be unhelpful or unreliable.

She wasnt doing great job, not even sure if she was going to my house everyday. I can tell as I have experience with cat sitters (unfortunately after moving out of Glasgow had to change my long term cat sitter)Storage room's floor carpet was literally covered in urine so I dont know what has happen, I guess Jackie wasnt coming every day or wasnt cleaning litter tray. Was really hard to make her to send me photos. Once Ive noticed she sent my photos already sent few days previously. One of my cats was not well and required medication. After I came back I noticed not enough tablets were gone ... Also I was stressed as it was the first time I used this cat sitter and she wasnt replying to my txts and was rejecting my phone calls on the first day. I had to threatened I will call police if she wont contact me. Ridiculous.

The timid little dog has come on leaps and bounds in his confidence and his behaviour with other dogs. Jacqui told us in her professional opinion that he could be walked off the lead and she was right. She sent us loads of video and told us how she managed him off the lead. His recall is brilliant and we've worked on the building blocks she gave us. He even eats better now. I can't thank Jacqui enough for the love and care she showed him and for the confidence she has given us. We will continue with the work she started and are eternally grateful.
