Home from home for our dogs Left our two dogs, our beagle…read morepuppy 6 months old and our Cocker Spaniel 3 years old, they had a great time, didn't miss us at all infact our Spaniel didn't want to leave Louise, she looked after them in her own home and we received pictures from her showing our dogs out and about each day having a great time. Our dogs came back healthy and happy and I would have no hesitation in using their services again.

Hi all....wanted to share my experience of buying my most adorable cute loving westie a year…read moreago....Fortunately...she is amazing but still have no"papers""for her ...I've phoned every month for a year and they keep promising me them...she now a year in July there and still have no papers which means II cannot physically breed her if I wanted too...it's really appalling as I have paid£500 cash for my pedigree westie and have nothing to show for it....to me they are a business to avoid they are very doggy people...there care for the animals is poor they are just a no to them ....they couldnt tell me her mums name....also had blood in her stools for 10wks of bringing her home..therefore very costly bills at the vet.........!!!!not fair....don't go there for any dog or cat.......they also told me she was vaccentated but again hadn't been....

I booked my 1 year old Cocker Spaniel into EK Kennels for one week. When we arrived, I asked to…read moreview the kennels before taking my dog out of the car. I was told that as I had already booked him into the kennels, it was not necessary for me to view the accommodation. The owner then said to 'forget it' as he did not want to take my dog at all. So, I went back to my car and was about to drive away when the owner came and apologised for being rude and said he would take my dog for the week. I said no and took my dog home. I telephoned various kennels and got a cancellation with a kennel that was at the opposite ends of the scale from EK Kennels, ie the owners were very welcoming, pleasant and delighted to look after my Cocker Spaniel. The kennels themselves were superb. If you take your dog to EK Kennels, be careful about saying anything that will upset the owner!

My puppy was here for just over 2 weeks My dad collected…read moreearly and i was told i would be reimbursed for days i didnt use Dad collected and no mention of money Dog was covered in his own pee and other dirt for the full 2 weeks he was there aparentely they couldnt get near him (lol hes a bichon not a rottweiller) When i called the owner (clearly has no clue what shes doing) i got spoken to abruptly on the phone Simple do not use this kennel if you want your dog looked after cos clearly they arent bothering with the animals

My review is not a personal…read moreattack on your business, I am simply sharing my (terrible) experience so others can make an informed decision but you have instead lied about what actually happened and got your friends to post fake reviews to up your star rating. You were rude in person, even more rude on the phone and also in your comments below. I would like to add that Alfie also had to be taken to the Vet after staying at your facilities so I would go as far as to say staying at your kennel is a danger to the pets health and well being.
