They have been back to my house three times and two of the three are still not functional. I reversed the credit card the first time and Badger Bobs came back and Temporarily fixed the issue. Now that two of the three are not working again, I went to reverse the charge again but the last rude, obnoxious Fidelity rep I talked to stated that Badger Bobs said the item was fixed and she would not help me at all. Fidelity has provided the WORST customer service I have ever received in my life. I immediately canceled the credit card and am in the process of moving my account balances to Schwab. I have been with Fidelity for over twenty years, but upon researching I have found that Schwab is the leading money management firm for personal investors. After a bit of searching and calling around we found ENC and connected with Anthony, owner of the store. We plunked down our bag of coins and Anthony was fantastic! He took us through the process and ended up spending hours with us patiently sorting through the coins, accessing each one and picking those out with greater value and together we made a detailed inventory.
