They have been back to my house three times and two of the three are still not functional. I reversed the credit card the first time and Badger Bobs came back and Temporarily fixed the issue. Now that two of the three are not working again, I went to reverse the charge again but the last rude, obnoxious Fidelity rep I talked to stated that Badger Bobs said the item was fixed and she would not help me at all. Fidelity has provided the WORST customer service I have ever received in my life. I immediately canceled the credit card and am in the process of moving my account balances to Schwab. I have been with Fidelity for over twenty years, but upon researching I have found that Schwab is the leading money management firm for personal investors. Anyone in Lakewood Ranch should take note of this!

During the 6-business day I left Kelsey 5 messages and after being on hold for a total of 6 hours she called me back today. One question I did asked if they were closed for lunch, they said no but I was on hold for 45 minutes and never spoke to anyone. Her staff like her doesn't use the calendar to let people know when they are out. In addition, Kelsey and her staff don't know to leave any message on their voice Mail explaining their absence or just don't care. I am going to transfer my money to Charles Schwab, which is across the street. I am still so mad so if you would like more information, please call my cell 407-509-9033 and ask for Anthony. Thank you and stay away from Fidelity in Sarasota.

I worked with MANY advisers that I would not put my investment trust in that were very high levels in their firms. Many go with the newest trend, highest pay out this week, not really putting any individual effort into their clients. One investment does not fit all! There are less than a hand full of people that I would trust with my personal investments and Evan and his group are the ones I decided on. I have known Evan and Jaime for over 15 years and I fully trust them when they give me advice. Meet with them. You will not be disappointed in their knowledge or personalized investment advice.

It's actually the second home we have bought from the Safe Ira Group. I had the best experience possible! I had a child at the end of this transaction and was feeling a lot of pressure. Marvin and Alicia went above and beyond to ensure we got everything handled and that our family was in the home by Easter! I can't say enough good things about Safe Ira and the people they have running the business. If you're thinking of buying, do it with them!

Safe IRA Investments might be the biggest fraud in the real estate game. I was initially looking to…read morerent a place in Sarasota, and they had a property listed in which I checked out. After the walk through with Jeff, who knew ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about the property, he informed me that it would be essentially the same price to buy as it was to rent. This was the first lie that came from this sorry excuse for a company told. After getting started with the preapproval process, I was promised repairs on the property in which were completely disregarded. They we're originally supposed to repair all windows in the house, and because their contractors didn't pull permits, an immediate stop work order was placed on the garage. After that fact, Safe IRA informed me that they we're only going to replace a few windows in the house(the cheapest ones) making the home not hurricane resistant safe. The documentation process was also a nightmare as their team ignored a lot of calls/texts/emails in regards to the property and paperwork required. I was once told over the phone that they were "not going to repair the things they promised, as they had a cash offer behind me and if the contract fell through, they didn't care. They asked me for some pretty invasive information in order to get the paperwork to go through, even asking me to admit that I was in a domestic partnership with my business partner that was purchasing the home with me. They also did not repair A SINGLE ITEM on the inspection list. After the closing on the home, that's when the real nightmare began. Everything that was "renovated" in this house was essentially thrown together with glue. After the first day, I realized that all of the plumbing was bad and the drains and sinks were all backed up. Within the first week, we realized that the electric wiring in the house had to be completely redone. Not days later, the AC went out. The windows that they had replaced, we're all done incorrectly and needed to be replaced. Once the deal closed, all parties of IRA completely ignored my calls/texts/emails. This company will attempt to sell you a house that's barely held together for above market price. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy as it's been the worst investment and buying process I've ever experienced. I would give zero stars if that was an option.
