Unreal that they require a three night minimum on a holiday weekend yet have no restaurant or any activities on Sunday evening of the holiday weekend. They had a food truck there, but it closed early afternoon! This place is so bizarre. Where did they expect everybody to go eat Sunday night, especially after most people have been drinking all day on the lake? Entertain us! We want food, drinks, and live music like Crystal Springs and mountain Harbor have. read more

Restaurant, boat ramp area, parking. The good: it's lake Ouachita! It's beautiful here! Views from the back deck were picturesque. The restaurant/resort looks inviting and like a place you want to go. Plenty of car parking here. Nice big, gently sloping boat ramp- best one in Arkansas so far. The bad: lunch. Over an hour wait for 3 small pieces of cold fried catfish and limp, greasy fries. Daughter's quesadilla had solidified cheese and cold fries. Four cheeseburgers- only one was served above room temperature, and you guessed it, cold fries all around. I gripe a lot about cold fries... but when you're asked to pay extra for fries to accompany a burger, they need to be hot and crisp! And, deep frying, while an art, is not rocket science! Ramp parking-adequate even on a busy Saturday, but overflow parking looked like a jumble of vehicles and trailers haphazardly parked in there with no rhyme or reason. Hard to get a pontoon rig in here! The ugly: an almost empty restaurant with four waitresses waiting around? After 45 minutes I took the obligatory walk past the group to 'wash hands' and saw them receiving a nice hot delivery pizza, open it up, and proceed to eat while my group and two others were still hoping lunch might be served before dinner. Nice. Boat ramp- no dock? Makes it hard to get dogs and older folks on board... 2 stars only for the ramp facility, restaurant gets 0 stars and negatively effects the rest of the Brady mtn facility. Had I not had such a poor attempt at lunch, Brady mtn is a 4star place. Redemption: beautiful afternoon on the lake and only considered leaving after all the stars came out. read more

Buffet night.....frozen tenders, instant potatoes, canned gravy and canned beans. Workers standing at the front on their phones....taking numerous pictures of the buffet??? Styrofoam plates and cups and plastic utensils. We ran out of water and coffee and had to ask for some. Oh... And the fish was cold when we got here but they brought out some fresh later and it was very good. Don't forget the tip jar on top of that buffet. We have lived here 40 years and used to get the best food here. It's a shame its lost the quality it used to have. My sister said you have lots company in the bathroom....500 fly's. Negative reviews seem to be mainly for the restaurant. I think this is a great place to take the family for an outdoor vacation. Gorgeous views and one of the cleanest lakes I've ever seen. They have tent, RV/Camper, or cabin stay areas. Also, if you have the money to drop, you can rent party barges or even house boats. Only thing missing is full hookups for RV/Camper sites. Otherwise, I love this place. read more

Cabin advertised slept 6 but didn't have sofabed. AC went out. They just rebuilt the dock @ marina without coverage for boats. They close the restaurant too early in the evenings. The cabins & houseboats are run down & need renovation. Giving them 2 stars because they did move us to a bigger cabin with working AC. But we'll probably stay somewhere else next time. read more

The desk clerk is the ONLY thing good about this place. The television did not work in ANY rooms. When I complained they said it was due to the heat. Really !?!? Their "free wifi" doesn't work. There is no privacy in the room. The AC unit is below the huge window which blows the curtains (if u could call them that) wide open constantly. You people ever hear of mini blinds so the whole world can watch us dress ? In the 3 days we were there we never got fresh linens. They picked up the dirty towels on day one and never brought any back. Luckily we had our beach towels. Only stay here if it's ALL YOU CAN GET, but then again I'd personally say just stay home if that's the case. read more

I really wanted to like this place since I have property near it. I ordered the buffet and my friend ordered the turkey sandwich. The lettuce was almost empty on the buffet line. I kept waiting for them to bring more out. Did not happen until I asked for it. Then I had to scrape bottom to get salad dressing. It took forever for the turkey sandwich to come out. We were about to tell them to forget it. Waitress must have been new and untrained. Paying was another ordeal. I would only go back if I was starving. This place could could be a gold mine but has very poor management and not very good food. read more

Awful. Terrible. Read other reviews-fast forward 3yrs and still the same. Went on Friday night ordered steak special. Waited 45mins for drinks. Actually got salad before a drink came. Never got to try the food because after 1hr 45mins it was getting dark and we came by boat from other end of lake....asked server if our food was about to come out she said no it will be a while longer....so we paid for drinks and left. Worst, slowest service I've ever experienced. I ordered a Manhattan and my wife a frozen margarita. We watched bar tender fumble over Manhattan for 40 mins before I said just give me double jim beam if your having trouble with that. Manhattan is on their drink menu- which they took to see recipe. Just very very very disappointing experience. Came hungry with high hopes and was very let down. Don't waste your time here or plan to wait minimum 2hrs for food would be my guess. read more

DO NOT GO HERE. they falsely advertised that you can tube and have a boat with a slide and when we drove an hour to this "resort" they told us we could not have both and my 9 year old daughters were devastated. we made a reservation to this place!!!!! not only that their customer service is TERRIBLE. they didn't do anything to accommodate our wishes. they basically said sorry "it's not our fault we dont know what you want us to do". so now we're out $275 and our day was wasted. We had lunch here on Memorial Day weekend. The friendly waitress assured us that everything on the menu is good and that her mother is the cook. The food was terrible! Eating here was the worst part of our otherwise beautiful weekend on the lake. The chicken tasted like shoe leather and the salad tasted like cardboard. The baked potatoes with cheese and bacon tasted grainy. Do yourself a favor and find another restaurant. read more

After a few technical difficulties, which left me a little upset, the staff and especially Melissa made everything perfect. I would highly recommend this resort and Marina just for the staff alone. I traveled from chicago to hot springs to visit my brother which is something I never get a chance to do and this time we were determined to get a ski boat, like I said after some technical difficulties (almost a half of a day of lost boating) they made sure I was headed back to chicago a happy person, and also made sure my next visit would be much better. They knew I was not happy at all but they did everything, again especiall Melissa to make things right. Boats are great by the way. These people are not scam artists, and actually care about their consumers.. Not a lot of other marinas around that area do.. Can wait to go back next weekend!
