This business is very prepared and well organized, such as dealing with the hundreds of boats that are stored here, running a restaurant, etc. The place is always so calm so you never have to worry about it being chaotic, EVEN if it is busy it is still laid back which I'm pretty positive everyone prefers. The employees that work at the docs are SO helpful, we have never had a bad experience getting gas. So now...the restaurant, perfect place to end the day after a long day on the lake. I called Andrew and Adam (finance) multiple times, even on weekends, and they made everything easy: professional but friendly. I had a lot of questions, and each one was answered with skill and knowledge. I've worked with two of their captains, Danny and Jeff. Both were amazing, cool, experienced guys who taught me key, practical things about the boat. I've also worked with their service team. That wasn't planned, but stuff happens. Eric kept me up to date and got me back on the water as fast as possible. There's more work to do later, but we're enjoying the boat now. What really made them special for me was how they pitched in to help with an event I'd planned around my new boat. I won't go into details, but their kindness, support, and caring went way beyond the norm. I was blown away and will always be a fan. I love my new Sea Ray, but the people are the differentiator. Kyle has assembled a great team. I can't recommend MarineMax Lake Lanier highly enough. Great product, great people.

I have been taking my boats to MarineMax since purchasing my first boat from them in 2018. The…read moreservice team, led by Eric Richards, is outstanding. Over the years, they have assisted me with warranty issues on both my Boston Whaler 130SS and my Crest tritoon. When the boat cover on the Crest deteriorated after four years, they proactively worked with the manufacturer and arranged for a replacement cover to be fitted. I routinely bring my 13-foot Boston Whaler in for service, and I am treated with the same level of care and respect as if I had just purchased a 45-foot Sea Ray. MarineMax has also serviced boats I did not purchase from them, including my Ranger Tug and now my Cutwater. They never attempt to sell unnecessary repairs or services. Their mechanics are highly knowledgeable, take the time to answer questions, and provide practical advice on maintaining both the boats and engines. I trust them completely with my boats and would not take them anywhere else.

The experience was straight forward, easy, of quality. I have since had my boat serviced there and that experience was exceptional as well. Mary was delightful, and the service manager went above and beyond for me. The cost of service was less than I expected. Buying a boat is not quite like buying a car, who you buy your boat from really matters. First off, repairs on a used boat can be a costly surprise. Secondly, I keep boats for a long time (last Nautique for 20 years), thus you need a partner to help service through the years. Based on my experience of a lifetime of buying stuff, I can attest that I am so glad that I bought my boat from Watersports Central. Thank you for a great experience, and for being a quality organization.

In the case of Singleton Marine, and in particular Dave Palmero I can't say enough good things. My wife and I wanted to purchase an Express Cruiser and came to Dave for help. He listened attentively to our desires, our budget, and our future plans and showed us several boats. He would always state the things he thought would work, in our case, and things that might prove detrimental. He was patient and never pressured us one way or the other. When Dave found a boat he though fit our needs he called us immediately. The boat he chose was perfect! The boat was actually much cheaper than one we thought we should buy. What was even more impressive than his boat selection, was the service he provided after the sale. We ordered a survey and Dave asked the surveyor for the list of "fix" items before he had even produced the report. Dave had those items addressed and in the works for fixing before we called. Bear in mind the list was small and mostly inconsequential, but he addressed them nonetheless. Our surveyor was incredibly impressed with the condition of the boat, it was 9 years old, had few hours on it, kept in fresh water under cover and meticulously maintained. When we closed Dave made arrangements for a slip so we could move right in, the slip was perfect. Since the sale we have texted, called, or emailed Dave with questions, oftentimes way to many, he is quick to reply and never too busy, his replies always cheerful. When he walks through the dock his former customers wave and strike up a conversation, he is never too busy to stop and talk with them. I would be remiss in my review if I didn't mention the on-staff boat captain Singleton uses when delivering the boat, Captain Jeff. Captain Jeff is patient, knowledgeable, and extremely good at what he does. This my first purchase of a multi-engine boat that wasn't a bass boat, and to say there are differences would be an understatement. Captain Jeff showed us all the systems, explained how they worked, and showed us how to operate the boat. His service was invaluable. In a few years we plan on upgrading to a bigger boat and I guarantee you it will be Dave and Singleton Marine we go to for that purchase.
