HORRIBLE customer service. Don't waste your time with this company!
They don't care or want your business, we were repeat customers and this did not mean a thing to them.
My wife arranged for a bin drop off, and they kept delaying the drop off date saying "their drivers were not showing up for work" - I can understand..but how is this the paying customer's fault?? After finally arranging with my wife for the bin to be dropped off first thing the next morning, I called that day after 10am wondering where the bin was? The lady on the phone was very rude and basically called my wife a liar, said they never said it would be delivered in the morning..but later in the day. (My wife has a call recording app on her phone to record all calls, so we actually have proof that they actually said "morning") - Not that it was a big issue, but being polite goes a long way. She could have just apologized for the misunderstanding... I told her we have workers waiting on the bin for days, and she pretty much told us to find another company. I asked to speak with a manager, and she rudely said, I AM the manager...
Being a renovation company, often needing to rent bins, we will never be using their services again, nor recommending them to our many contacts. This is the face you guys have for your company? Shameful... read more
