Knocking off a star because they did leave a lot of damage to the trim of multiple doorways. They warned us they would be a knick but I didn't realize the extent of the damage that would be done so I wish there had been a little more communication. The damage repairs ended up costing us hundreds of dollars, so I wish had been presented options, rather than them pushing to get the job done. I also didn't appreciate them stepping on our rug with their shoes and smoking on our front lawn (and leaving the trash from it there too).
