I struggled through the weekend but called them first thing Monday and they got me in at 10am. From the moment I limped in everyone was pleasant (A+++ Customer care). After checking in, completing the paperwork and getting X-ray's, I was introduced to Dr. Weber who listened to my concerns and immediately identified what my problem could be, fast forward I had my first adjustment, I could tell an immediate different, went back Wednesday and I had even more relief and now today Friday I went back for another adjustment and OMG!!!! This place is the real deal! From the front desk staff to Dr. Weber, I am was treated with care and I am happy to say I can walk (which is saying a lot, I was in so much pain and could barely walk Monday). However it is not listed on their website nor Apple Maps so I assumed they were open 8-5 as listed. I don't understand why someone needs to request time off work to visit a chiropractor. I also didn't like that she then said, "we are pretty much appointment only" then lock the doors and say you are closed for lunch and change everything to say appointment only. Providers like this make it a circus act to get seen and I'm tired of it. Customer service needs work.

I am very impressed with the work that Jacob and Anthony have done on me. I was in pain when I…read morefirst started going to them - I could barely get out of bed without my lower back and hip hurting. I had tried regular massage, chiropractic and exercises at home but nothing was working and no one would tell me what was CAUSING my pain - they'd just keep telling me to "come back". Then I found these guys, and not only do they assess you, but tell you the probable cause of your issue, and on top of working to fix it, they give you homework to do in between sessions. I found out that I was walking incorrectly and messing up my posture (I had fractured the same foot twice over a period of time). So, my waking was making things worse! Because of them and the thorough work they did on me, I could go for brisk walks again and even started Pilates.

There is no privacy, so expect that. The chiropractor who worked with me seemed nice but she told me if I crack my own joints I'll develop arthritis. Which is a myth that's been debunked since the 80's. This woman was tall, black, slender with long long hair. She gave me terrible information and when I told her I had fibromyalgia and needed light touch, she didn't seem to hear me say that and was very rough with my skin. I've been to chiropractors for a long time and they knew how to adjust me without causing me much pain.
