I've been to several chiropractors and for some reason I like this one the least. The doctor did a good job but I don't feel that I'm getting the best treatment. My first apt. it was supposed to be $150 if you get X-Rays however, I did not get X-Rays because I'm pregnant the doctor did just a look over and a quick adjustment and I still had to pay $150. I was debating on saying something but I was standing there at the counter when I heard the doctor tell the receptionist to charge me the full amount.
You are supposed to get a massage before or after and they did not have any appointments after my first adjustment so I had to schedule it for another day which I ended up having to cancel.
I went back today and a young girl gave me a complimentary 30 minute massage before the adjustment. I had to lay on my side because I'm pregnant. Either she does not give many maternity massages or she isn't the best massage therapist. I'm assuming she is licensed because she's massaging at a chiropractor's office but to be honest I am not sure.
I had a quick adjustment and I paid my $40-something plus a tip for the therapist.
My back feels better after an adjustment and to be honest I do not want to be stuck paying another $150 at another chiropractor's office. read more
