I visited this studio for the first time but have had eyelash extensions before and have never had…read moreany issues. I've heard so many good things about this place so I gave them a try. During my visit I had told my lash stylist that my eyes were burning a couple times during the appointment and I was super uncomfortable because it was painful but I decided to bare through it. After my appointment I didn't say anything because the last time I had them done by someone else there was a slight burn from having my eyes closed for so long but it went away after a couple minutes. I thought this was normal. As the night progressed I noticed my right eye was getting red and it was really irritated to the point it was starting to become painful. Basically my stylist didn't have my eye pads on correctly and used tape to pull on my eyelids, not letting my eyes stay closed all the way. Doing this resulted my eyes being exposed to the fumes of the glue which explains the burning. I'm awake at 4 AM writing this because my eye is in so much pain and it's uncomfortable. Thankfully I didn't ruin my cornea or went deeper into my eye. I visited the eye doctor immediately the next day because I've never had this happen to me and they had to give me a steroid for my eye. I wanted to receive a refund but the manager persisted I give them a second chance and that they don't do refunds. She did cancel my membership for me. I don't want to go back, even if it's with another stylist because I don't want to take the risk again. I'm scared and will probably never visit them again. I had to spend more money out of pocket because of what happened to me. I don't want this to happen to anyone else and I didn't want to be this person but I feel I need to warn everyone about the dangers and how serious this can be if lash extensions are not applied carefully and corrected.

I laid back in a soft pedi chair and soaked my feet. She exfoliated all the winter grossness off and gave me calve massages. I was able to choose from a number of opi colors. It was quiet and serene. For the facial the skin therapist isn't there any more. She was fantastic and got me into the Skin Script skin care products. I am faithful to my eyelash lady, Crystal. I seriously don't know what i would do without her. She also waxes my eyebrows. She is top in her league. I must of gotten a student because I usually go to Nikki and she's great. The manicure I could have done better myself. My cuticles weren't even touched. No hand lotion massage, the gel is too raised and uneven and not all the way to my cuticle. It tips of my nails weren't painted and there's bubbles in my nails. I called them when I got home and they had me come back, but all she did was put alittle paint on them and top coat. No manager approached me or asked if I was satisfied. I even had nail gel all over my hands. Unacceptable and should be made right. Too bad I fly out of town tomorrow morning and I don't have the time. I'm VERY disappointed! I've bounced around in the past with my eyelash extensions and Beth is truly the best at it. From her work to the quality of lashes she uses. Eyebrows...my eyebrows were pretty tragic. I am a victim on the 90s eyebrow trend and also the 2015-ish fat eyebrows/microblading trend. She has managed to give me great, normal human eyebrows again. I recommend all her services but skincare is the big one I encourage all to consider her for and come in to see her.
