She was very helpful to my wife so she could place the order. Karen emailed the order to make sure everything was right. On the scheduled day for set up, Dan and Kyle showed up on time. Set up the tent and delivered tables and chairs. Did not realize Dan was the owner. I am not into sports but others may be interested. Dan is an ex Cleveland Brown. He is so humble and caring and truly treats people well. Kyle worked with a smile. Our event went without a hitch. Edward and Chris came the day after and took the tent down and packed everything away. Both extremely great folks. We needed to use it twice, a few days apart. She had told us if there was any damage in between events she'd come and fix it for us. Well, the day of our second event, at 4:15 pm (our event was at 6 pm), we noticed many deflated balloons. It was our fault for not storing it properly, but I called anyways. Without questions, Melissa flew into action. She brought us a ton of new balloons, turned our archway into two perfect columns, and we were all set and ready to go with plenty of time to spare before our graduation. We can't thank Melissa and Pink Gorilla enough for being so understanding and responsive, especially at such a last minute request. Please use them. They're fabulous!
