I can't say enough good things about Dr. Geoffrey Hansy with the Andrews Institute. I had to have a…read moretotal hip replacement due to bone-on-bone arthritis. The pain I was experiencing was extreme and I was at the point where I could barely walk. Dr Hansy performed the operation, but before that, he took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure to both me and my husband. The end result was nothing short of miraculous. The procedure was done as an out-patient and it couldn't have gone better. HIs skill as a physician and surgeon quite literally changed my entire life for the better. By extension, that also changed the lives of those around me. I came to be at a place where I could walk easily and enjoy life once again. I was able to enjoy life with my family. The debilitating and relentless pain came to end. In short, he brought joy back into my life by providing me with the necessary means to continue living in a more meaningful manner. The quality of care went beyond the perfunctory and expected. He was fully engaged in my care as the patient and as a whole being. Just as importantly, he spent time talking to my husband as well. I highly recommend Dr. Hansy. Seeking out Dr. Hansy for your orthopedic needs is giving a gift to yourself. In fact, he is the gift!

I was skeptical going into this but boy was I wrong!!! Our first experience was amazing, they listened and asked lots of questions to find out exactly what was going on. They then did the treatment and she was instantly feeling better and booked her next appointment. While there they even did a complimentary relaxation treatment on me and it was amazing as well. It's only been two days since going there and we've already referred two )possibly three) people to go there. We will be returning next week and will likely become a more regular addition to our lives!!!

After five visits I was really discouraged that I wasn't receiving individualized attention concentrating on the issue, nor was I utilizing my time efficiently (I had to leave work early for each of these appointments.). After a recommendation to try SWELL, I decided to give-it-a-go for a more personalized PT experience. After my first visit I felt Anthony really listened to my concerns and came up with a plan to effectively address the problems I was having along with the goals I had for my overall fitness. (I'm really picky, and he was very patient with me!) One-on-one PT with Anthony was much different than my former experience. I highly recommend him and his team at SWELL!

Second of all, he claims to have been awarded as One of America's Best doctors but won't say by which board of certified physicians, which award it is, or who does the certifications for it and offers up zero proof to back up these claims. Thirdly, as if these reasons weren't enough to justify avoiding his business, he is one of the rudest most condescending, sexist narcissists that you would have the immense displeasure of being in the same room with. He touts his career yet offers no substantive evidence to back up his claims or assertions to be the level of doctor he is even claiming to be; let alone how he treats women. I would steer clear of this business and seek out legitimate medical advice from a true practitioner.
