I found them by reading reviews and called to make a same day appointment for my niece who was graduating middle school the next day. Her stylist was Jenita and after seeing the wonderful work she did on my niece's hair I decided to make an appointment for myself. When I went for my appointment Jenita was very professional and promptly started on my hair as soon as I walked into the salon. In addition, the salon was very clean and nicely decorated. The service I received was a shampoo, protein treatment, cut/style, and silk press. She even listened to my concerns about my hair and recommended services for my next visit. I must say I'm used to having long hair but I absolutely love the cute bob style Jenita gave me. Now my hair looks and feels healthy. I would highly recommend Jenita!

I visited this salon on Thursday around 10:00 AM. Before my appointment, I read several reviews,…read moreand I admit I was hesitant because some of them were negative. However, I was desperately in need of a salon that accepted walk-ins and was accessible for disabled customers, so I decided to give them a try. I am very glad I did. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly and asked what services I wanted. I requested a shampoo, deep conditioning treatment, and a trim. I was taken right away for my shampoo and deep conditioner. Another stylist set my hair on rollers, and once I was finished under the dryer, another stylist promptly began styling my hair. The entire process was efficient, and all of the stylists I interacted with were friendly, patient, and accommodating. As someone with a disability, I especially appreciated the kindness and patience they showed me. Unfortunately, that is not always the experience disabled customers receive, so their attentiveness meant a great deal. My only minor concern was that during the deep conditioning treatment, I was not initially offered a towel to protect my clothing. I did ask for one because I did not want my shirt to get wet, and it was provided. Overall, I was very pleased with the service and the professionalism of the staff. My experience was positive, and I plan to return in the future.

They were very kind and respectful and even offered me pizza the employees had just ordered while I was waiting and allowed me to borrow a charger. My only complaint is the time it took. I understand that multi-tasking is part of the job at times but doing 4 + heads simultaneously creates a bad experience for some like myself. A rough estimated wait time should be given initially because I was there for 5hrs despite them starting the coloring right away. Aside from them being understaffed, and taking too long, I'd recommend this place for my natural hair girls. I had 0 heat damage. Solid spot!
