If you're taking it for pain, you are not going to take it and immediately feel relief. It is something that builds up. I didn't realize how much it was helping until I ran out and started limping again. Now that I can just pick it up, I don't run out. It is an expensive product, but worth it in my opinion. It has really helped me and I tell everyone. I sent some to my mom for her arthritis.
