He held the door open for us to go in and immediately we were greeted by the Pastor. He is so amazing! He asked about us and what we were doing on our road trip. We connected and shared stories for 5-10 minutes, we felt very welcomed at this point. We went into the church and got greeted and welcomed by 10 more members. It's so cool to go into a church where the members are so involved at actually care about their church. The Pastor's wife came to say hi to us as well. She is such a sweet heart! Seek her out! It was cool to talk to her about our experience and theirs through travel. Whenever you enter a church your greeted and feel loved because your with your "Church family" , but this was different. We have never been here before and EVERYONE was so nice and welcoming. I've never experienced this before. Their hospitality was unbelievable. After Church we chatted for a few more minutes with members. I think we met everyone at the Church! I love how it's a small intimate group. The band and singer was amazing!! So on the day I checked in to several churches this was one we went to. It was about 12 kids and 3 adults. And we were going around the churches and really embedding the importance of just being good human beings altogether. There was a lovely presenter here, I believe she was a part time student and full time speaker where she helps kids that have troubled pasts/homes/ and or backgrounds. And she was such a touching speaker. All the students were so attentive and understanding, of what Laura was teaching them. Thank you for having us here.
