He held the door open for us to go in and immediately we were greeted by the Pastor. He is so amazing! He asked about us and what we were doing on our road trip. We connected and shared stories for 5-10 minutes, we felt very welcomed at this point. We went into the church and got greeted and welcomed by 10 more members. It's so cool to go into a church where the members are so involved at actually care about their church. The Pastor's wife came to say hi to us as well. She is such a sweet heart! Seek her out! It was cool to talk to her about our experience and theirs through travel. Whenever you enter a church your greeted and feel loved because your with your "Church family" , but this was different. We have never been here before and EVERYONE was so nice and welcoming. I've never experienced this before. Their hospitality was unbelievable. After Church we chatted for a few more minutes with members. I think we met everyone at the Church! I love how it's a small intimate group. The band and singer was amazing!! They are the opinion of the reviewer based on his or her experience and they may or not accurately reflect reality. That being said, if you read the parable of the sower in Mark 4, you'll find that the sower sows The Word, but the resulting harvest was determined by the quality of the ground. If you walk into any church looking for something on which to disagree with the pastor, you are likely to find it. Jesus himself said "seek and you shall find". However, if you walk into the church looking to meet God, to get answers to questions and find your destiny, then you will find it. You can certainly find those things at DWO. I have been coming to this church since 2001. I sat under the ministry of Bishop Jack Wallace. It's interesting that the previous negative posters make no mention of Bishop Wallace's house, or the Mercedes AMG that he drove. Or the success that Bishop Gibert had in the automotive world at each of the Big Three, BEFORE he became Senior Pastor of DWO. Anyone who truly knew Bishop Wallace and respected him, would also honor his choice (ultimately God's choice, actually) of who should succeed him. Those that did not, throw rocks, as you can see. God sets the members in the body as He sees fit, you might not be called to DWO and that's ok. The lost are everywhere, and so God needs His people in different kinds of ministries and places of employment to reach them. Seek The Lord and find out what church you are supposed to be a part of, because that's where your provision is. As for me, I am neither poor nor unemployed. The quality of life my family and I now enjoy now are directly attributed to the blessing of God, and the teaching I've received from the leadership at DWO. The pastor is only the most visible part of the church, judge us by our fruit. Come and talk with the members, watch the people being ministered to on a regular basis, see how many souls are being saved each week, find out what we're doing in the community. We aren't the only church like this, but God's power and presence are undeniable here.

So on the day I checked in to several churches this was one we went to. It was about 12 kids and 3 adults. And we were going around the churches and really embedding the importance of just being good human beings altogether. There was a lovely presenter here, I believe she was a part time student and full time speaker where she helps kids that have troubled pasts/homes/ and or backgrounds. And she was such a touching speaker. All the students were so attentive and understanding, of what Laura was teaching them. Thank you for having us here. I will visit again just to admire the structure! Its truly breath taking.
