I'm very much a beginner at making Italian food and the class was informative and fun. The class lasted about 2 hours and was very interactive. The classes are priced at a decent price point and make for good gifts for friends & family as well! Other classes coming up include tiramisu, focaccia bread and so on... lots of authentic Italian dishes from an amazing culinary leader.

We enjoyed making dough while doing some Italian trivia and chatting with our table neighbors. Definitely a hands-on experience. I had tried making pasta in the past and failed, but now I am confident we can recreate what we made this weekend! Simple recipes you don't even need to write down and taste amazing. Italian holiday market was also great. We got some of the supplies used in class at great prices. Can't wait to use it all, and really can't wait to try another class!

You are provided with the recipes of everything you're making so you have that to take home. There are so many menus to choose from and it's very affordable. Given the limitations in the industry, we have felt very fortunate for our daughter to have been placed with some of the finest Pre-K teachers we have encountered. Communication is consistent, clear and helpful to maintaining our daily routine with our child. The facility is top notch, spotless, and extremely inviting and comforting. Parent-teacher conferences were offered early in the year and proved valuable in translating the progress our daughter has made. The staff was attentive, willing, and more than able to answer all of the questions we had prepared. I would recommend this location to anyone considering a trusted, private daycare/Pre-K solution in the area.

A disgusting business. All they care about is getting their money and talking down to you as a…read moreparent as if you Know nothing. Constant emails about someone having Covid. Emails at 9:02 pm to inform that our child can't come to daycare that late at night because employees can't come to work as their homes lost power from a storm. Told our child can't come because they don't have enough staff. Told our son can't come because someone had Covid. But don't worry, all these times our child can't go they still want their 1,654 dollars. The dismiss what you say and have every excuse in the world. Our child is over fed and has a big vomit with no fever twice and we have to go pick him up. Yet the rest of the day there was still no fever and no "vomiting". Then they act like their pediatricians and know better and know our child better than we do. Miss Lauren is the only bright spot there. Our child comes home smelling like a French whore due to the large amount of perfume work by staff that they should know is an irritant for children that young. They are just pompous, arrogant, fake, superficial people who feel they're better than everyone else. It's a shame as the facility is clean and well kept. But it's ridiculous that they keep having Covid issues and staff issues they prevent us from going to work to make money, yet we better pay them their money. I would give negative stars if I could. If money is disposable and you really don't need daycare, then this is the place. If you need to count on them because you work, then look somewhere else. The new facility our child will be at is much cheaper, doesn't have the staff issues, nor do they have the Covid issues either that primrose has. We babe been told by so many people how happy our child is and they love him. Last week the fill in for Miss Lauren says our child only smiles when we come pick him up when he always smiles for Miss Lauren. Who says that? Maybe if he isn't smiling you should look at yourself. I could go on for day, but they're not worth it and if anyone reads this, you get the point.

To preface this review, I reached out to Toni via email provided for my class 5 days ago in an…read moreattempts to have them make this situation right before posting this review, but I have received no answer. I recently attended a couples night cooking class on January 10, 2026. This was a gift to my partner from me for his birthday, as I was hoping we could learn to cook together more efficiently as a couple. I wanted to bring it to the school's attention that this class in no way met my expectations. There was very little, if any, cooking demonstration. We were given a packet of recipes and rapid fire verbal instruction at the beginning of class. When I asked for recipe clarification, I was given instruction that did not at all match what the recipe was suggesting. The food all turned out fine for my group, but I didn't even take the recipes home with me because there were so many missing pieces I was worried I wouldn't be able to recreate it with those instructions. There was very little prep work done for us, which I could understand if there was more focus on prep cooking such as knife skills, marinating/seasoning, etc. but there wasn't. So we were scrambling around a kitchen foreign to us looking for ingredients that sometimes just weren't there; for example: brandy for our Coq A Vin. I bring this to your attention for a safety perspective as well, just telling people to "begin" and work rather independently without instruction leaves room for accidents with knifes and cutting tools as well as food safety such as reusing cutting boards that may be contaminated. These are all beginner mistakes that could be made in a cooking class that I was hyper aware of, as I quickly noticed we were not being closely enough observed for quality control. Additionally, there is a distinct lack of communication leading up to the class. No information on suggestions on where to park, a suggestion to eat something before you come to class because we didn't get to eat anything until 9pm on a Saturday night. I hope that there can be changes made in the future. I'd like to note that our instructor was very kind, otherwise this would be a one star review, but she just seemed overwhelmed and needed more help to give us the attention we all needed throughout the class. I think she is a very qualified chef, just unable to lead a large group through a complex menu.

Gaynor's School of cooking holds a special place in my heart. My wife and I did a couple's night…read morehere the day before we got engaged, and it was the perfect start to a memorable weekend. Even for a casual couple's night, Gaynor still taught me some tips and tricks that I use today in the kitchen. Recently, I have participated in the Art of Fine Cooking Series I, and currently, I am completing series II! Wow! What an incredible experience with GREAT teaching and great food! I've learned how to flambe, to braise vegetables and meats, to make crepes, to make vinaigrettes and homemade stock from chicken bones and veggie scraps, to spatchcock and roast chicken, to bake souffles and clafoutis, to broil meat, to poach seafood eggs, and different knife skills. Aliyah is the teacher, and she is phenomenal. Patient, knowledgeable, genuine, and passionate! She answers every question and gives great tips and tricks for cooking. She even asks what we want to work on and then adds recipes into the next week's lesson so we can practice. She is going to help me make an olive oil cake! Each class starts with some charcuterie and cheese and an overview of what we are making, background about techniques and ingredients, and a share out about what we made in the past week. After this, we begin the cooking. Members of the class divide and conquer the tasks, taste each other's food, and enjoy some tunes while we cook under the watchful and helpful eye of our teacher. After the cooking, the food is plated, and we feast...with some good wine! I am so grateful to have found this series! I have learned so much! It is a highlight of my week every single week.
