A bespoke disaster... Not worth the money , and we felt taken advantage of after finding out by our hotel concierge that her services are frowned upon . My husband spend over 15k for Stephanie's sub par personal service . Our hotel concierge laughed at her restaurant recommendations and advised us to better restaurants . Unfortunately she fell short on many requests including mediocre recommendations and poorly organized itinerary. Her tour guide and museum guide was a Chinese woman with a very heavy accent in which we could barely understand what she was saying. We quickly learned that Stephanie markets mostly to the Asian demographic which is wonderful for Chinese speakers, however we should have been paired with someone who was fluent in English so that we can enjoy the tour without having to misunderstand words. In addition, be aware that Stephanie would try and charge for things that would normally be free to the public, e.g.. jewelry making classes, holiday wreath classes . Be sure to check with the hotel or the school for the actual prices. Most importantly, we came to find out that she does not have any connections with hotels for better rates . She was not able to get a negotiated rate with our Hotel as promised, in fact we were going to pay a much higher rate with Sacrebleu's involvement. Thankfully my husband was able to contact the hotel directly and we ended up saving thousands . In addition, she was never on site, she did not show her face at all to handle our needs. She claimed she was a phone call away but we were being charged by the day for her to be missing.
Still till this day we are not sure why we even needed to use her services. At this point we took our losses and learned a great lesson . This service is nothing more than a small operation of inexperienced self proclaimed travel concierges that overcharge naive wealthy visitors for bad advise and service. Many other top luxury travel concierges which include Quintessentially cost much less. read more
