He spouted off about things he was unhappy with, including our add on serving. We'd just moved in and only had 1 room to clean so we didn't expect any issues; however the guy cleaned it for less that 10 minutes just quickly putting lines in the carpet, no deodorizer and no cleaning agent from what I could tell. We called back and Matthew was very kind and agreed to send someone out again the next day. The same disgruntled employee showed up and was asked to take more time, and to use product. He sure sprayed the heck out of the air in the room but did little to clean once again. Third try, a new tech who did a little better. We let it sit a few more days hoping the enzymes would help eat away any hidden issues and the smell would improve. Nope! Today I just spent 20 minutes slowly vacuuming this 5 year old carpet. I'm extremely disappointed that I paid $150 plus $20 tip, three attempts and a vacuum full of debris collected only from this room.

Granted the carpet in this house is old in the upstairs but I decided to try something with my personal carpet cleaning machine and I learned a lesson. I cleaned a rug that was getting some traction so I decided to run the cleaner across the upstairs in one room and the water that came out looked like chocolate milk. I was a little shocked to say the least since it was just cleaned and there had been no traffic. My recommendation is to purchase your own cleaner and do it yourself and I am finding this to be true with many of the projects and requests I have recently had since moving into another home.
