I found this company on Yelp and they coordinated a cleaning the next day for the day which was…read moreawesome. Unfortunately the tech had trouble finding us as the end of the day. He spouted off about things he was unhappy with, including our add on serving. We'd just moved in and only had 1 room to clean so we didn't expect any issues; however the guy cleaned it for less that 10 minutes just quickly putting lines in the carpet, no deodorizer and no cleaning agent from what I could tell. We called back and Matthew was very kind and agreed to send someone out again the next day. The same disgruntled employee showed up and was asked to take more time, and to use product. He sure sprayed the heck out of the air in the room but did little to clean once again. Third try, a new tech who did a little better. We let it sit a few more days hoping the enzymes would help eat away any hidden issues and the smell would improve. Nope! Today I just spent 20 minutes slowly vacuuming this 5 year old carpet. I'm extremely disappointed that I paid $150 plus $20 tip, three attempts and a vacuum full of debris collected only from this room.

Tony was helpful, knowledgeable, personable and gave us his assurance that the job would be done right, and if we had any problems areas after the carpet dried, he would come back, free of charge, until we were satisfied. We waited this long to write the review, because we wanted to see how the carpets held up after a long summer of use. The carpets are still in great shape. You just can't go wrong with these people. Used this " company " for a cleaning service for a rental. The floors were left sandy with food…read morecrumbs still on the floor, hair in drawers around the toilet, milk spills left in the refrigerator hand prints and yucky crusty substitute on the sliding windows. They didn't move any furniture as I found prescription medications under the sofa. There was soap scum on the shower walls, toothpaste left in the sink, and spots all over the mirrors. There were items missing such as blankets for guest use, the guest book, a few pans and glasses and drink coasters. The 4 females that showed up to clean looked very disorganized dirty and unkempt at 10 am one had a very strong odor of alcohol and another of Marijuana. It seemed like no one knew what to grab where to go or even what they were doing. These females spent 4 hours in my 2 bedroom 2 bath unit and for 200$ I would hope they would have done a much much better job than this.
