I knew that he had a daughter with a serious health condition that was going to have surgery the following Monday. I wanted to leave this alone for six months or so before I left a truthful review. He was to clean my couch and clean my carpets. My house isn't that big. He didn't finish the couch and at some point his machine disgorged a bunch of dirty water and left a big black blotch on the carpet. I have had to have other carpet cleaners out to work on it. know what he charged me for this bad experience? $495 I was embarrassed because of the condition of my house, so I just paid him. Other carpet cleaners that I've had in since have been superior in charge a third of what he charges. my carpet was wet for four days. Nothing dry about this chem dry. avoid.

I told…read morehim that I just moved into the house and that I didn't know if the dresser was going to stay where it was and asked him if I moved it would the carpet look the same as that just having been cleaned. "No," he told me. He said he'd bring the equipment back in and clean under it an put it up on foam blocks. I also asked him to do the same with 2 pieces of light furniture in the other room he cleaned. I just went into both rooms and the carpet in front of these 3 pieces is damp but completely dry underneath all 3. This means that all he did was put them up on these foam blocks. So what happens if I want to move that dresser or the other two pieces?

I made initial contact with Pro Clean on November 24, 2025, after a leak was discovered behind the…read moreshower walls in our master bathroom. The initial crew was outstanding--knowledgeable, responsive, and professional. Timmy and William, in particular, were exceptional. Unfortunately, the positive experience ended there. Customer service, communication, and overall follow-through quickly deteriorated. On December 31, Ryan and another representative came out to conduct estimates and measurements, assuring me the report would be submitted to insurance within a few days. By January 25, I had received no updates or documentation. After contacting USAA, I learned they had not received anything either. When I followed up with Pro Clean, I was told, "There is no good reason it wasn't submitted, it just was not done," but was assured it would be expedited. I also left a voicemail for the CEO expressing serious concerns about how business was being handled and never received a response. Eventually, USAA received the estimate, but it contained duplicated line items and pricing discrepancies compared to the original assessment. This caused further delays while the adjuster waited for clarification from Pro Clean. A partial payment was eventually issued for deposits and materials. On March 12, I made the remediation and 50% deposit payment. On March 24, I followed up with my project manager regarding discrepancies identified by USAA and was told the information had been forwarded to Ryan on the estimating team. As of today, April 14, 2026, I still have a gutted master shower, no meaningful communication from Pro Clean, and no response to additional voicemails left for the CEO. This level of communication and customer service is unacceptable. As a military family, we have lived in multiple states and countries and worked with many companies. This has been, without question, the most frustrating and disappointing experience we have encountered. Zero stars. Avoid this company after initial water mediation.
