    I made initial contact with Pro Clean on November 24, 2025, after a leak was discovered behind the…read moreshower walls in our master bathroom. The initial crew was outstanding--knowledgeable, responsive, and professional. Timmy and William, in particular, were exceptional. Unfortunately, the positive experience ended there. Customer service, communication, and overall follow-through quickly deteriorated. On December 31, Ryan and another representative came out to conduct estimates and measurements, assuring me the report would be submitted to insurance within a few days. By January 25, I had received no updates or documentation. After contacting USAA, I learned they had not received anything either. When I followed up with Pro Clean, I was told, "There is no good reason it wasn't submitted, it just was not done," but was assured it would be expedited. I also left a voicemail for the CEO expressing serious concerns about how business was being handled and never received a response. Eventually, USAA received the estimate, but it contained duplicated line items and pricing discrepancies compared to the original assessment. This caused further delays while the adjuster waited for clarification from Pro Clean. A partial payment was eventually issued for deposits and materials. On March 12, I made the remediation and 50% deposit payment. On March 24, I followed up with my project manager regarding discrepancies identified by USAA and was told the information had been forwarded to Ryan on the estimating team. As of today, April 14, 2026, I still have a gutted master shower, no meaningful communication from Pro Clean, and no response to additional voicemails left for the CEO. This level of communication and customer service is unacceptable. As a military family, we have lived in multiple states and countries and worked with many companies. This has been, without question, the most frustrating and disappointing experience we have encountered. Zero stars. Avoid this company after initial water mediation.

Cleaned the bottom of the carpet to remove the stains. I'm so grateful for them. The cost was good. They did two rooms for me and complimentary did a third for me. Ryan (the owner) and JP (the project manager) took the time to thoroughly explain every aspect of the project, and answered all my questions. JP kept me apprised every day about the project's progress. The completed work was outstanding. Several weeks later, I needed them again, after firing some guys who botched a master-bath renovation. Below are images of the before and after - an unholy mess which became a lovely roll-in shower, handicap accessible. They installed a floating counter and sink, so that when the time comes that we need to use a wheelchair, we can easily slide out and remove the cabinet in order to roll a wheelchair up to the sink. Bill Peacock, the 'build-back' project manager, and Chris, the 'jack of all trades' craftsman extraordinaire, came up with solutions to make this small space accommodate our needs as we age in place. Bill was always positive and encouraging - a real joy to work with. Their prices are fair and reasonable.

They were very friendly, willing to come early, and able to help as soon as possible. I specifically only needed curtains hung and a shelf installed. They were extremely helpful and even cleaned up and swept afterward. Their prices were also very reasonable, especially compared to the few hundred dollars I was quoted by other people. I was more than happy to give a $25 tip due to their extraordinary service. If I need anything done in the future, I will definitely be calling them again.

One of the questions I had was if they are licensed and bonded especially after Matt answered the business phone number with "hello". We discussed the repairs I need and madd an appointment for Matt to come and give me an estimate the next day. That evening I received the following txt from Matt: This is Matt with Miters Edge Home Solutions LLC. It really struck me as odd that the first question from our conversation was you asking if I was licensed and bonded. Of course I'm licensed. I've discussed it with the office, and we feel we should pass on this job. I'm starting company and I hold integrity as a main priority. This is not anything odd question to ask when looking for repair services for my home. I'm sorry if you feel insulted, however I have had issues in the past with other companies that were advertised, not being licensed and it cost me money. I am still looking for a company to do the repairs I described.
