He was very prompt and professional, but we decided to replace the Honeywell thermostats that were decades old. He didn't ask what we wanted and brought cheap no name thermostats and insisted he's used them for 15 years and was saving us money. 4 of them have failed miserably and probably cost hundreds in electric usage. One of them can't get the room warmer than 68 degrees, another will be set at 60 degrees and blazes away. I am extremely unhappy with the cheap thermostats. One failed within 2 years and 3 more followed. so ultimately replacing them again will cost even more. Had I left the honeywells they'd still be operating well despite their age. read more
