They were also very quick to send us the photos and video2 despite their busy schedules. We couldn't have asked for better photographers to share the special moment with us and to create a video and photographs much better than we even envisioned. The first photographer we found decided that they would not do the photobooth that we had requested. We are so happy that we found Lydia last minute. She exceeded all expectations and saved the day. She is also very affordable. The pictures turned out amazing and our wedding was featured on the offbeat bride: http://offbeatbride.com/2010/09/canada-feather-lesbian-wedding She was able to do all the specialty things that we wanted which made an amazing guestbook that we made out of the photos of people with a chalkboard that they wrote on and used the other photobooth pictures as thank you cards. Also during the ceremony we did not even notice her once but she shot tons of great pictures. We loved her and would definitely use her in the future for all of our photo needs. Kerri and Kai

I was most impressed by his work at a friend's wedding where he had a slideshow up and running during the reception of the photos he took during the day! He didn't do our engagement photos, but we met up to discuss our suggestions and ideas, and he also provided some input when we shared our concerns about lighting at the ceremony. He captured our moments beautifully, both at the ceremony and reception. We also spent a few hours taking photos with our wedding party at some specific outdoor locations, in which he and his partner followed in their own vehicle. The quality of his photos were great, and he was fun to work with. When we weren't sure how to stage ourselves for a photo, he'd offer some guidance. During our reception, he displayed a slideshow of the moments he captured througout the day, and I thought that was a nice touch. We spoke little to each other throughout the day because I was confident in his ability to photograph all that was going on. His style is appropriate at various times, where he is able to capture the mood during the more ceremonial moments and at dinner time when everyone was more relaxed. He provided us with all the photographs at the end, and a beautiful coffee book that I still look at to remind me of that day. Gives me butterflies every time I look at the photos. One photo that I think illustrates his talent and creativity is where he photographs my wedding shoes by hanging them off my parent's tree in their front yard. My very own shoe tree!. Ask him to show it to you :)

My husband and groomsmen do not enjoy taking photos and Daniel was able to make them feel comfortable and they even cracked a few smiles. The most amazing part about our experience with Daniel is that during our most intimate moments like our first look and ceremony, we did not even notice Daniel taking photos. He was able to capture these moments without being intrusive. It is very rare because I have been to many weddings and have seen photographers be very close to the bride and groom and it is extremely distracting.
