Neutral: The wrapping service usually makes gifts look much more beautiful than most people can achieve at home. It was pretty busy when I walked in, but it felt good in there. Not chaotic, just full of life. You had couples talking, kids enjoying books, families hanging out, and people like me sitting with a laptop just minding our business. Now let me say this...Kindred can do no wrong in my book. When I realized they were playing the entire What's the 411? album, I had a whole moment. Like oh yes, y'all knew exactly what you were doing with that. The atmosphere just pulls you in. The music, the conversations, the energy. It makes you want to stay a while. What I really appreciated was how diverse and comfortable the space felt. It felt welcoming without trying too hard. If you want to collect a birthday gift after five days at the end of your birthday month you have to do it online. which I was aware that the 15th is the last day to collect your birthday gift if your birthday was in the prior month as last year, I collected in person in-store without issue I really love that. I happen to do it after the fifth I believe she was seeing if I shop in town and country which is near my home, and Miss Danny would be great to help me.

I went to this location hoping to simply return the item, and instead of showing any compassion or understanding, the employee was completely cold-hearted. Not long ago, I actually worked for Kendra Scott myself, and we always did our best to take care of customers -- especially in situations like this. We handled returns often, whether it was because someone simply changed their mind or because of something personal. That kindness and flexibility used to be what made Kendra Scott such a special place to work and shop. This location clearly doesn't reflect those same values. I was already emotional walking in, and the lack of empathy from the employees made it so much worse. I actually had to leave before I started crying in the store -- that's how heartless and dismissive the interaction felt. It's truly disappointing to see how far this brand has drifted from the compassion it once stood for. Kendra Scott is supposed to represent -- kindness, empathy, and connection. Experiences like this are exactly why I chose to leave the company in the first place.
