She was very nice (5 stars for her) I went today and the guy there. White hair. Was a complete jerk. I ask if they had pokemon cards msrp. He says "I don't know. You gotta ask the owner" I look around. Another customer was buying comics. He opened up the bag. Skimmed through. Gave a rough price. Then shoved it back in the bag and dropped it on the desk. It made an audible plop noise. Charged the guy $15 for it. I come back. I see flyers for local conventions. I asked if they sold tickets. He goes "I don't know. Ask the owner" What do you mean ask the owner? You work here. If you don't know. Why don't you ask the owner and get back to me. Why is it my job to do your job? Terrible customer service. Rude. Not to mention disrespectful. I'd only consider coming back because the lady the first time was pleasant.

Review for single cards…read more The pro: This is probably the most organized spot in the city. They have their database of exactly what the have in exactly what condition and you can use it to get a list together of what you want. Then they go grab the cards for you. Very simple. The con: Prices are a little wonky. The cheap cards that would be 50 cents at most places in their big box of random cards can be as low as 10 cents here. The good cards however are very inflated in cost. Some things here are 3-4x what they are online (shipping included). Essentially this is one of the premier spots to go for getting your deck built out with basic cards. I would not shop here for your premium cards though.

I like to get my mom large print mysteries books whenever I can and the small section they have in front of the libraries is hit and miss. I have gotten her so many and resonated them back I was starting to get the same ones again so I thought I'd come here and WOW there is a huge section of large print. They have sales and specials you would want to get in on if you read a lot also they have odd hours so make sure they are open before you make the drive. Parking can be tricky, on the day I went I was lucky and found a spot by the door but I saw many people parking out on street and walking in. It's located in a warehouse area so be prepared to walk a bit if they are full. It's pretty large in there and they have every kind of book imaginable come check them out!

This is the first one we landed on and we really enjoyed our time here. It's a really big lot that takes multiple buildings. They had toys, knitted blankets, books, clothes, jewelry and so much more! We got lost for a good hour or two in there, taking it all in while they had music playing in the background. The staff was super friendly and would check occasionally to see if we needed help with anything. We left with a few goodies and will be back again.

Nothing particularly negative toward them but they've been broken into a couple of times Since I've…read moremade my order and this has caused the shipping of my items to be considerably slowed down I have sent an email to the owner and the customer care team and it seems that I am being ignored now that I'm asking for a refund I would like a refund for my order but nobody has yet to reply to me on either social media such as Instagram I can see that somebody is online through their messaging but every time I send a message I am ignored I have left a couple of messages on some of their post about them looking into their email so that they may be able to see my email but it seems to be now that I'm asking for a refund they are completely ignoring me they have a 30-day refund policy and it's only been 14 days since my purchase so I'm hoping that this all gets resolved and I get a full refund since I have already ordered the products from other websites and have already received them and no longer need products or doubles of what I've already own
