Haven't actually seen the Dr. in 2 years; phone calls only. The calls last a maximum of 5 minutes and he is ready to move on. Doesn't listen when I try to tell him symptoms or side effects. Actually told me that HE is the doctor and I am to do exactly as he says. Office staff are rude. Voice mails go unanswered. Now I am told that I will have to talk to a nurse because Sheikha is "unavailable" for several months. I am desperately seeking a new provider. read more

I've been bringing my children here for 3 years. I love the video visits and you can request to be seen in office. They require in person testing before diagnosing your children and they've always listened to me and my concerns. We've seen both Dr Sheikha and some of the other practitioners here and haven't had any issues. The staff is never rude to me and my children love them. read more

Doctor and staff are the very definition of incompetent. Appointments that should be 30 days apart are made BY OFFICE STAFF at 40 plus days instead. This makes it impossible to maintain therapeutic levels of medication. I emailed the office about a week before my refill date when I noticed this discrepancy and mentioned my concern of not maintaining therapeutic levels to which the office just let me know they had no cancellations and could not help me with this error they created to begin with! The lack of patient care is alarming and disgusting. I just hope no one takes their own life because of their incompetency. read more

DO NOT GO HERE. The receptionist is rude and states they are short staffed and very busy. The doctor does not return phone calls to pharmacists. They do not fill maintenance medications in a timely fashion thus causing harm to their patients. read more

Who the heck is this doctor? Does he even exist? I waited 3 months to get my son into see him and both appointments we saw only a nurse who did nothing but prescribe meds the first visit and up the dosage the second visit. We haven't spent more than a total of 20 minutes seeing this nurse and both times we were there, the doctor's office door was open and all lights off. I paid money to see a psychiatrist who apparently never shows up for work and now, due to my son being misdiagnosed and given meds to treat his misdiagnosis, he's currently being treated at a mental health facility. Thankfully they are the ones who took the time to figure out what was wrong with my son and he's finally getting the help we thought we'd be getting from this no show doctor. read more

The Dr. is fine with no issues from him, but the receptionist is very rude person and seems to get way too stressed when someone calls the office. Makes it uncomfortable to have to call for refills and general information. read more

Drs are great but the receptionist is horribly rude! I have clients that come and I take them to their appointments. We are usually early & we were just waiting for the appointment. & the receptionist screams " We are on lunch til 1pm & rolls her eyes." Honestly, she could have said it better. Or kindly told us we could wait in the waiting area. Also, when making appointments, her tone of voice and how she treats you makes you feel like you are an inconvenience to her.Management should definitely warn her to be more polite. read more
