Menudo ($9.95) - only served on the weekend, this version was big with a ton of beef tripe (a lot more than there was hominy, which I'm not used to). I like tripe, but this amount was too much for me. The broth was flavorful and rich, and a good remedy for the little cold I had been fighting.
