I'd say the price was very fair--especially considering I was in a rush--and the customer service was outstanding. They even let me know that, aside from the alignment issue, I'd need a few other parts in the future, which really helped me stay on top of my bike's maintenance. You can also bring your own captain, it's a great option. However, our group chose Pam (owner) to drive us around. The business doesn't charge extra for this service. A big shoutout to Marigold for coordinating and making the reservation. There were eight ppl on the first trip , and everyone was very comfortable during the ride. I've been on a boat ride before, but I have to say, coming from the Coronado side gives you a better view and more to enjoy. And Pam surely knows the sites. Pam, aka the captain, and her wife Diane, the owners, were just the perfect hosts. They were professional, very friendly, and a blast! The boat was very clean, and yes, they have life vests available for each rider. They also rent jet skis, tubing, campers, UTVs. Imagine watching fireworks on the Fourth of July , with the Coronado bridge as your backdrop. I HIGHLY recommend this business and will definitely be back for more water adventures and perhaps an outdoor camping experience. Great opportunity to re-connect with nature. Was provided unit pictures, documentation and confirmation all renters should expect to protect themselves, their trip, as well as the RV owner. Though our drive into town took longer than expected, they were flexible with the unit clean and ready to go upon pickup. Walked through all the RV operations, any already documented dings, dents, scratches to include documenting it myself and answered any questions I had before heading to our camp site. Nice they phoned to check on us during our stay and provided recommendations around town to compliment our itinerary. RV drop off instructions were clear and seamless as discussed and understood prior and during RV pick up. Overall a good experience and looking forward to future RV rentals.

After calling Cristina to confirm the reservation, I received a text with the same information, and to call if I had any questions. Information is easy to find either through the website or by phone. I booked a two hour excursion on their comfortable pontoon that seats 12, plus Josh, our amiable and entertaining captain. The location was easy to find, parking was plentiful for all of my friends. I loved that you were able to bring pets, and also food and drink (minus red wine- it stains)! Ice was available to purchase, and they were very accommodating if you needed to use the restroom before, during, or after the trip! Check-in and check-out was easy with Charzale's help. It was a fun surprise to be awarded co-captain's hats for mine and my friend's birthdays! We hooked up to the Bluetooth for some music. The tunes were alot louder towards the rear of the boat than at the bow because that's where the speakers were located. So if you wanted to have more conversation, either turn it down or move to the front :) Time flies when you're having fun, and it felt like minutes instead of hours. I would absolutely book this again, perhaps a sunset ride or even a longer trip. I would love to try out the kayaks, paddleboats, and maybe even the jet skis.
