But this is the right way to do it, esp with these frequently rented vehicles that can easily sustain minor damages if handled carelessly. The dude at the dock is also very helpful in helping you ride away from and approach the dock, the latter of which can be a little tricky. Other jetski rental services in the area have been far less clear and professional in my experience. And why deal with the choppy waves and high traffic of the Coronado area. Mission Bay's where it's at yo! And that makes this the go-to for some of the best jetskiing you can experience in SD and I'd say SoCal in general. You can also bring your own captain, it's a great option. However, our group chose Pam (owner) to drive us around. The business doesn't charge extra for this service. A big shoutout to Marigold for coordinating and making the reservation. There were eight ppl on the first trip , and everyone was very comfortable during the ride. I've been on a boat ride before, but I have to say, coming from the Coronado side gives you a better view and more to enjoy. And Pam surely knows the sites. Pam, aka the captain, and her wife Diane, the owners, were just the perfect hosts. They were professional, very friendly, and a blast! The boat was very clean, and yes, they have life vests available for each rider. They also rent jet skis, tubing, campers, UTVs. Imagine watching fireworks on the Fourth of July , with the Coronado bridge as your backdrop. I HIGHLY recommend this business and will definitely be back for more water adventures and perhaps an outdoor camping experience. Great opportunity to re-connect with nature. Was provided unit pictures, documentation and confirmation all renters should expect to protect themselves, their trip, as well as the RV owner. Though our drive into town took longer than expected, they were flexible with the unit clean and ready to go upon pickup. Walked through all the RV operations, any already documented dings, dents, scratches to include documenting it myself and answered any questions I had before heading to our camp site. Nice they phoned to check on us during our stay and provided recommendations around town to compliment our itinerary. RV drop off instructions were clear and seamless as discussed and understood prior and during RV pick up. Overall a good experience and looking forward to future RV rentals.
