My husband and I have purchased 3 vehicles from Sabeti in the past 8 years. we have always had success with their vehicles and have been treated well. Until recently. We purchased a Caravan from them in August 2011. Within a month, we experienced a shimmy in the rear of the van. We took it to Russ to review. It was returned with no repair. Since then my family and I have taken two long distance trips. We have replaced tires, drums, part of the tranny, we have spent well over $1000 and have taken it back to Sabeti Auto several times. The last time they had the vehicle , I was been driven back to the business by an office worker who told me that there was simply nothing wrong with the van. We have had a large business service the van, they took it for a road test and experienced the shimmy and the road noise. (i still have the voicemail). They dont know what the problem is but recognized that there is a serious problem.
The van is now shaking and pulling at least 3-4 times a week. While returning from port Burwell this weekend, we nearly went off the road. cant afford the replace the van, and Sabeti offered us well under 1/2 of what we paid for it only 8 months ago. (there is a ding in the bumper..but not $4000 worth!!)
I fear for the safety of my children and expressed this to Russ.
I am so disappointed in the service and cant understand why Russ wont work with us to make it right.
