Due to a freak lawn mowing accident my rear driver's window was broken. I had called a few places for glass replacement and Novus was able to accommodate me right away. Not only did they repair the window for half the price I was quoted by other repair shops, but they also made sure they vacuumed my car front and back and removed any broken glass. They also noticed a chip in the windshield and offered to call my insurance company to see if this repair could be performed at no charge, which they did. It was nice to have someone else do this for me. They cleaned all the other windows in my car and had my car ready for me in less than 3 hours. I was so impressed with their attention to detail, price and efficiency that I felt a 5 star review is highly deserved by this business.

Didn't have an appointment - went over lunch break and was promptly taken in. They patched my low profile tire within 30 minutes - extremely courteous and reasonable price - $40!!!! Clean store. Has a beautiful seating area with a nice wall of rims. Washroom as well. If you are hungry there's a great Lebanese place attached (Alo Oven)
