As soon as I walked in, the older fellow practically jumped on me and asked me if I was the one bringing it in for a sound in the back --I said yes-- and it was a dealbreaker-- if it couldn't be fixed, we were weren't taking the van. He was very animated and told me that that person (pointing to a man) and that person (pointing to someone else) both took it out and couldn't hear anything at all so YOU are going to take one of them with you and show them what it is you're talking about. He was playing big man with all the technicians in the room. I said sure-let's go-who's coming. A very nice man came with me- as soon as we were on the road, he heard it. I pulled over so that he could sit in the back and determine where it was coming from. Turns out it was a speaker that was loose and rattling. It was in between panels so it wasn't obvious to the eye. I picked up the FIXED van and told him he wasn't ever to speak to me like that again. I've never been spoken to that way- like I was a fruitloop and crazy. I won't be taking my vehicles there anymore if that how I can expect to be treated. Not ever again.

I came here to have them diagnose a noise in my car while driving on the highway. I also wanted…read morethem to diagnose a clunking noise over bumps. The noises I'm hearing are extremely obvious and for them to come back and say we don't hear anything and to have me pay $100 for incompetence is absolutely disgusting. They kept telling me that I had work done on my car with a third party mechanic and that they weren't responsible. Well, I came for them to diagnose what that third party mechanic potentially messed up which is very possible and more than reasonable. They knew that at first when I came even before I gave them my keys and signed for the work. That's just a lame excuse so if that's the case, why even accept to diagnose my car? They also tried to blame it on the fact that it's my aftermarket rims and the fact that I removed the undershield of the car. Another nonsense way to try to escape things. The noise in my car was completely normal when removing that shield and when putting aftermarket rims. It suddenly started when I went to that mechanic. I also got a wheel alignment here the same visit which I regret having them do because they don't deserve any customer here. I wasted so much time and money coming to such a stealership. The lack of service that I have received even after I chose this dealership to purchase parts worth $1750 is completely unacceptable even if another mechanic installed them for me. I came for you to diagnose things. When cars are built in the factory and have manufacturers defects, are they also going to say we're not the ones who put this together it was done at the factory? Is this a new excuse happening in 2026 to not diagnose a car? Or to act like nothing is wrong? Absolutely disgusting. They just want easy money. Importantly, the vast majority of the positive reviews of dealerships, including this one mention the buying experience of the car. They'd be like "I bought this car from so and so and he made the process so smooth" blah blah blah. That doesn't mean anything. The reviews of importance and helpfulness have to do with the service centers of these places. Not the sales experience. I'm guessing maybe that's why car dealerships mostly have such high reviews when in reality they don't deserve them.
