I wanted…read moreto do a full gut job and renovation of my master bathroom, but had no idea where to start, what the best solution was for the space, and how to do it all within my budget. From Day 1 Caitlin was an absolute stellar partner, which is exactly what I needed - someone to help guide me through nitty gritty of this renovation and be the expert that can problem solve and get us from point a to point z. She was very responsive, provided creative solutions, clear communication + expectation setting, and most importantly, was realistic about budget and ensured we never went over and worked within my threshold. Throughout the renovation, Caitlin was there every step of the way ensuring everything was done up to par, and her attention to detail was amazing. This was my very first renovation project, and I can honestly say that I was nervous going into it. However, Brand and Olive made this the smoothest and easiest renovation I could have hoped for and the bathroom turned out AMAZING (and done on time and in budget)! I'll definitely be partnering with Branch and Olive and Caitlin for future projects!

Entering a beautiful furniture store where salespeople ignore customers creates a strange…read moreatmosphere. Here's how it felt to me: - Luxurious Setting: The store is elegantly designed with carefully curated furniture pieces. Soft lighting highlights the fine details of beautifully crafted tables, plush sofas, and intricate decor. - Aesthetic Appeal: The ambiance is inviting and serene, with well-thought-out displays that make you imagine how the furniture would look in your home. - Indifferent Staff: Salespeople are present, but they seem preoccupied. They were quietly chatting among themselves, paying little attention to customers. The contrast of Beautiful vs. Unwelcoming was striking. The juxtaposition of the store's luxurious, inviting decor with the indifferent, almost cold demeanor of the staff creates an unsettling contrast. Weird vibe here. I left without making a purchase. I do want to point out that the City Home store on 1101 SE 3rd Ave. inPortland doesn't share this vibe. I'll just go there next time.

Mindblowingly rude customer service, that came off as incredibly snooty and privileged. Despite being actual neighbors this was the rudest Interaction we've ever had with a contractor or renovator.
