He assured me that for this price, they would remove the odor from the bedroom, and if not, they would come back for free. The next day, the smell was still there. The technician returned and said he needed to use special chemicals, which would cost an additional $250. He guaranteed 100% results this time and promised to return for free if the smell remained. Of course, two days later, the odor was still there--and they never came back. Every time I called, there was an excuse: a car accident, a delay, or something else. Eventually, they promised to refund the $250, but that never happened either. Think twice before using this company. Very unprofessional, poor follow-through, and no accountability.
