After they were "done" loading the truck after 3 1/2 hours, the back half of the truck was poorly packed, not even to half the height of the truck, so we had to rent an additional U-Haul to move the rest of our stuff, which is a first. They put boxes clearly marked as heavy on top of fragile boxes, and some of our belongings were destroyed. I tried to make this right ever since the move, but they have been useless. A man came by to pick up his fluff and fold and paid $31 for the two bags of laundry in the photo. The employee on duty was helpful and all the machines I used worked great. The dryer set on hot made my load so hot I had to hang one of the T-shirts on a rack to cool it down before folding it.
