UPDATE: UPS CORPORATE CONFIRMED THIS LOCATION IS NOT ALLOWED TO CHARGE FOR UPS ACCESS POINT…read morePICKUPS. Either the employees or the store itself is scamming customers. I will update once I have a refund or a resolution. This place scammed me. I had a Macy's order shipped here as a UPS access point package. All of the shipping was paid for. When I arrived to pick up my package they charged me an additional $10 just to pick it up. Everything that I've seen online says that UPS access point packages do not require payment to pick up. I'm pretty sure the employee just pocketed the $10 fee or this store is violating UPS company policy. I will be reporting this to UPS corporate as well. Avoid getting scammed by this place and have your packages shipped elsewhere.

He said his last name was also Keith. He was RUDE. He said he does not know prices and I have to go down in person to get prices. He transferred me to Art the yard manager. Art also said he does not know prices and he does not give prices over the phone and I have to go down in person to get prices because it changes every day so that why he does not know prices. I told him I know it changes every day and I am calling about todays prices. He said he does know and he hung up on me. I called back and Keith told me to take my business to other recycling companies and he even gave me names of other companies. I told him that I don't think the owner/manager would approve of you telling a customer to go to your competition. He said that I'm not a customer. I asked to speak to his manager, he said Art is his manager and Art is just going to hang up on me again. I asked him over and over to talk to a manager, he said there is no manager and Art is the highest and they don't have a manage. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE RUDE AND INCOMPETENT. THEY TREAT WOMAN VERY BAD. THEY REFUSE TO GIVE PRICES ON THE PHONE. Until I get an apology from the owner or manager, then this review is staying.

They offered to supplement another which might have been okay if it wasnt already a day late and would be several more hours to complete if approved. Should have known better. Last time I placed a custom order, I received my ready for pickup notification just to arrive and discover they sent it by mistake and I had to wait around for an hour. Not ideal service for a business owner trying to utilize the "convenience" of office depot when they cant seem to do things organized or in a timely manner.

I really appreciated Michelle acknowledging the slight color incongruity between the actual document and what had been printed. She offered a reprint of the entire order, but likely the same issue would have prevailed. Without contest and most kindly she refunded my credit card. I will be back to this Office Depot, thanks to Michelle's amazing customer service. Note: Normally I doc a star for being unclaimed, but not this time.

Let's take some stuff out of the way #1 it was a Wednesday…read moreand Thursday morning so no other costumers were there #2 I am handicapped but there treatment of me is a big point in there favor #3 I did have my 9yr old son with me as well all caveats aside, i've was going to Top Dollar Recycling 5-6 years ago before i became handicapped and they were just as kind and professional then as they are now. Not only did the workers help unload my van of recyclables (i did have the recyclables sorted a bit first) they re-sorted the items into the different categories and by doing so i actually made a chunk of change more. (like 25-50 dollars) they did not have to do this it would have been easy for them to lump everything together as i had sorted the items and i'd of never known the difference but no they kindly helped and made short work of sorting all the recyclables i had brought with me. the facility is clean (as a scrap yard can be, everything in it place) and professional looking. they even have some really neat nick-knacks placed around that people have recycled , like 4 solid brass horses and a small suite of brass armor. the technicians are bi-lingual and communicate efficiently with each others and costumers (in my experience) to get paid you take the recite the technicians give you up front to an office window where a kind voice gets you a check quick as a flash (the window is blacked out for their safety so no faces just voices) and off you roll sown to the bank happy as can be. Old scrap for money
