I have never been disappointed when I visit this location. They are pretty quick and charge reasonable prices for a men's haircut. Usually you can walk in without an appointment if you're not going on a weekend when everyone is off, but you can call before just to make sure they have availability. I walked in yesterday without a reservation, I didn't call ahead, and I had no idea how busy they were. I just walked in, and sat down hoping to get a haircut. Most of the people who were there just received small trims, so, they were able to shuffle though people very fast, and I was able to get my haircut. I only went to get a small trim as well. The back of my neck was trimmed, my sides were clean, I got the hair cut around my ears, and it all was relatively cheap at $10, while a normal haircut costs $15-$20. I do see myself coming here again, when I need a trim, or if I need an immediate haircut. Quick, clean, and simple. However, they do not wash hair, along with haircuts, so if you're looking for that, look elsewhere. read more

My husband uses this barber. There's good music there and a nice atmosphere. The haircuts are average. Good pricing considering celebration tends to be in the more expensive side. Great location right in the middle of celebration. read more

Neil is the best barber I have ever been to. Period. He's friendly, professional, and gives a hell of a good cut for a great price. He's like a wizard among barbers. I always have a great time in his shop. S. Todd is the best barber shop in central Florida without a doubt. I would visit wether I lived in central Florida or not. You can never get an appointment because there's only ever one barber working. Celebration is a very wealthy town. You're losing business by not hiring more barbers! There's three stations but usually only one person working. It's also not very clean. Lost my business. read more

I had my two sons' (9 and 18 months) hair done at S. Todd's. Extremely fast (especially appreciated with a 18-month old and very well done. Easily the best cut either have ever had and we will be sticking with this location. My husband is becoming a customer as well. Very reasonably priced and friendly. I really like the look of the place as well because it is very neatly kept, but definitely has a "manly" feel that my older son liked after having to suffer a few times at the extremely ladylike salon I go to. read more

Never been disappointed here, except that a lot of non-locals have discovered it so it's getting hard to get out quickly because of the crowd. Note this is a British barber shop catering mostly to men, not a salon. read more

Although I have recently moved to the west coast, Neil was my go to guy for a haircut. The first time I ever went in, I was looking for a local "barber," not a stylist. He was rather crowded as it was a Friday afternoon. As I was not in a rush, I allowed a few others to go ahead of me. He offered me a beer while I waited. I was immediately hooked. I would never think of going to another barber. I am not implying that you could, would or should get a beer. This just shows the level of sincerity and loyalty he shows to his customers. I still try to schedule my haircut around trips back to Kissimmee, just so I can go in and get my hair cut. I can pick up an old conversation or catch up with what has been happening on the pitch. First class place and first class guy. Haircuts are straight to the point and great for men and boys. He does have a very talented female there to cut hair, but the regulars will admit that they appreciate the no frills attitude. read more

I have tried this place a few times now. I wanted to be sure its not a off-day experience. Here are my observations. Does not clean the seat before U sit down, does not wash your hair before or after the hair cut. Does not pay attention to details (especially around the ears). Uneven hair cut 3 out of 4 times. The trimmer used to clean out the neck was blunt. Does not bother to brush off hair off your shirt collars. I rarely bother with providing reviews. But this place I will not be visiting again. read more

After trying several Barbers in the Orlando area and not being thrilled with any of them I decided to give this place a try and was glad that I did. It's a nice small shop with fair prices and friendly professional barbers. I have a Calic at the front of my head that usually leads to awful hair cuts, this was NOT an issue at this establishment. This man truly is talented and knows what he is doing. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a high quality hair cut for a low price. Was able to drop in, without an appointment, and Neil had us in and out of there with 2 kid's cuts within 30 minutes. Great haircuts too, other than I had to touch up the fronts on both boys a bit for unevenness. Only wish staff had been maybe a bit friendlier (not more interested in talking to each other vs. customers, talking on the phone, etc); but for the price, convenience and overall quality I can't complain too much and we will most likely be back. Maybe the staff gets nicer if you start becoming regulars? read more
