He asked a customer, who printed many pages and wanted to sit and sort them out, not to take the chair in front of the computer in case she didn't want to pay 1 euro computer usage charge!!!! In my case, he did not help with anything and was extremely arrogant and as I asked him for the hole puncher, he just told me it is in the middle of the big table (in the middle of the store, where there were 10 different gadgets lying around) As I couldn't find the puncher and asked him for help already frustrated, he told me if I knew how a puncher looks like, all the while not coming 10 steps and helping me out. Long story short, even if you are in a hurry and need to copy something, take the effort and go somewhere else if you want to be treated like a human.
