Let's be clear. It is often difficult to find a reliable mechanic with reasonable prices. I went…read morehere for the first time a few months back for brakes and an oil change. The only thing I can say is that this is my NEW mechanic. I drive a ridiculous amount of miles and needed someone knowledgeable, efficient and not try to upsell me on things I don't need. Look, this checks ALL the positive boxes you may be looking for in a mechanic. I have other service stations in my neighborhood that I have used, but I will gladly drive back here for service. It's worth it. Initially I called for a quote a day before I could bring the car in. In fact, late afternoon. Spoke with Steve. He gave my quote and let me know I could bring it in the morning, which for me is important because I use my car for work and can't have a lot of downtime. Bottom line I was in and out in record time and the services were phenomenal. I can't stress how difficult it is to find a reliable, efficient, TRUSTWORTHY mechanic. When you find one it's amazing. 5 Star reviews are great and all but the very best thing you can do for a business is be a repeat customer. I'm a customer for life!

Partway through the repair, he got stuck because he didn't have the proper tools to get the belt back on. That's when Art stepped in. He arrived after his normal operating hours and immediately got to work. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable and efficient, but he went far beyond what was originally discussed. He quickly diagnosed the issue, helped complete the repair, and patiently waited while my husband went to purchase the correct parts, which took an additional 20-40 minutes. Once the parts arrived, Art finished the installation, reassembled everything that had been removed, and even cleared the error codes the vehicle had thrown during the repair process. Throughout the entire experience, he was professional, straightforward, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. Art came prepared with an impressive array of tools and the expertise to handle whatever the job required. His willingness to help after hours and his commitment to getting the vehicle back on the road made a stressful situation much easier. We couldn't be happier with the service and highly recommend him to anyone looking for an honest, skilled, and dependable mechanic. 5 stars all the way.
